Our items has not been delivered . We ordered it on the 9th and was told that it would take 5-10 days to be delivered. It says in the email that it has been delivered but only back to the sender as they were missing a paper work so FEDEX U.S. cannot process it. We called uhaul and now we do not know what’s happened to this bike rack??

Does it matter if it's a square or round receiver?
Hi, Jim! All of the hitch-mounted bike racks we offer require a square receiver. This particular bike rack fits either a 1-1/4" or 2" square receiver. I hope that is helpful!
I have a '06 Honda CRV with spare tire mounted on back, if I have to remove this for rack there is still the mount for the tire that protrudes from the rear hatch Will this rack work or is there some kind of extension for the hitch that can be purchased???
Is the rack a 2" but adaptable to 1 1/4. Or is it 1 1/4 adaptable to 2" ?
