Easy to operate for my e-bike. The fit is almost perfect; the vertical bar doesn’t clamp down on my curvy cross bar (I have an Electra Townie 8). It’s otherwise fits securely. Installation onto hitch was not complicated.

Will this rack accommodate 2 e-bikes with front fenders and step through frames
Hi Dave. Since the racks grabs the bikes by the frame and not the wheel, the fenders will not cause any issue. The weight capacity is 80 lbs. per bike. I hope that helps.
