Great for emptying a legal sized file cabinet

For a move, the clear/blue flip open plastic file cases fit tightly inside this box. This is an incredibly heavy duty box with a reinforced bottom that interconnects into the two lift handles. Directions to build are fuzzy. Flip the box upside down; push inside the single piece rectangular base. Then, finish cutting free the two wings (where the handle holes are located); fold over both wings and press them and the other base into the box, just so they are flat with the bottom. Turn the box right side up, pull up the single base (first piece you pushed into the box), them lift each wing. Finally, press down the single base and from the outside push in the handle tabs to catch the hole on each wing. On the top, interconnect it anyway you desire.

–Erik 5/26/2020 9:31:23 AM

Hello, Erik! One of our legal tote boxes weighs about 1.9 pounds. Thanks for asking!

Can the Legal Tote Box be shipped by USPS?

–Mike 7/15/2018 12:17:59 PM

Hey, Mike! We do not recommend using the legal tote box for shipping. We do offer a 24” x 18” x 12” Shipping Box which is similar in dimension to the legal box but is suitable for shipping. I hope that is helpful!

Hi, Jane! Yes, legal tote boxes can be stacked. However, it depends on the weight of each box to determine how many can be stacked at a time. I hope that is helpful!
