Can I backup with taking off the sway bars? Or do I have to stop and disconnect them first? Do I have to drill anything to put on this system?
Hello, Travis! It is recommended to remove friction sway bars when backing up. The tension bars can remain secured while backing up. I hope that is helpful!
I just got a 2001 26ft Shasta camper it weighs 3889 lbs . I got the hitch and tow stuff installed at uhaul coram. I want to know what weight distribution system I would need to buy?
Our hitch pro writes: "All of the Weight distribution hitches listed on U-Haul.com will work for your trailer. However, with safety and enjoying a stress free trip as a main concern, I recommend purchasing a weight distribution kit that includes a sway control."
