What does free ln store pickup mean
Hi, Vinnie! If you select "pick up in store" here on the product page, that means your order will be available for you to pick up at a U-Haul store near you rather than the product being shipped to your home. If you place an in-store pickup order, you will need to visit the location you selected to pick up your order. This allows you to get your items more quickly than if they were shipped and without having to pay shipping and handling fees. I hope that is helpful!
What does the description refer to when it describes the pads as “cushioned”? Are the pads something more than thick paper? Is there some sort of filler between layers of paper?
Hello! Our paper pads are simply made of 3-ply recycled Kraft paper. There is no sort of filler within the paper. I hope that is helpful!

Can 2 pads be out together to cover framed art work (paitning on canvas), size 49.5" x 51.5"? Will it be sturdy enough? I'm thinking I should put bubble wrap below the paper pads. It doesn't look like any of your mirror/picture boxes can be put together to work for such a large frame. Dou you have any other products you would recommend instead? Thanks!
You're right, we do not have a box that will cover something that size.
We recommend wrapping the painting with bubble wrap or a furniture pad, then using a 4-Piece Mirror/Picture Box to protect the corners and most of the painting; this box will cover the majority of the painting, as it can adjust to 40" x 60".
