Although we can’t review the product because we no longer need it, the service leaves much to be desired. I ordered a hitch and ended up trading in the car the next day so didn’t need it. contacted UHAUL to cancel the order and they said they would. A week later I received an email telling me the hitch was on its way. I contacted them again to ask why. The next day they emailed me telling me they had intercepted the package and had them return to sender. Today….I receive an email telling me the hitch was on its way.

I would like to see the quick connect have all parts connected by plug and play connectors, instead of having to crimp them together.
