Cleaning Fee
A charge for failing to return the equipment in a clean condition.
Terms and Conditions per your contract:
Customer agrees to pay a cleaning fee if the EQUIPMENT is not returned in as clean of a condition as when it was picked up. The determination as to the condition of the Equipment shall be made by Company.
Rental (Daily)
A charge for the number of days you were in possession of the U-Haul equipment.
Terms and Conditions per your contract:
Customer shall return the EQUIPMENT at the time, to the place, in the condition agreed to, within the allowed mileage stated, and with the same amount of fuel as shown and agreed to on the Rental Contract. Customer agrees that any operation of EQUIPMENT outside of time agreed and allowed mileage stated is without Company consent and additional charges will be assessed (including Safemove/Safetow fees).
Per Mile
A charge for the miles used during the rental.
Terms and Conditions per your contract:
Customer shall return the EQUIPMENT at the time, to the place, in the condition agreed to, within the allowed mileage stated, and with the same amount of fuel as shown and agreed to on the Rental Contract. Environmental Fee
Money collected to reduce the negative impact of our business on future generations.
Terms and Conditions per your contract:
Customer shall be responsible for any applicable federal, state or municipal compliance, and pay any fees or taxes in conjunction with the rental and/or use of the EQUIPMENT.
Fuel
Fuel charge for returning the truck with less fuel than when dispatched.
Terms and Conditions per your contract:
Customer must return Truck with the same fuel-gauge reading as indicated on the Rental Contract or pay fuel charges and a service fee as shown and agreed to on the Rental Contract.
Safemove / Safetow / Damage Waiver
Optional rental protection as agreed to on the original contract.

Customer shall return the EQUIPMENT at the time, to the place, in the condition agreed to, within the allowed mileage stated, and with the same amount of fuel as shown and agreed to on the Rental Contract. Late Payment Service Fee

Payment for all estimated charges is due at the time of rental by cash or credit card or other method acceptable to Company. Payment for additional charges is due at the completion of rental in the same manner.
