Van was just the right size for the job; truck was very easy to drive and the radio had good stations preprogrammed in the memory, so I didnt have to shuffle around to find something to listen to. Would rent from again and have.

You need more Ford Vans. The GMC is okay and gets the job done, but the Ford Transit vans are nicer. I especially like the bluetooth connectivity.

I have rented U-haul now on 3 long-distance hauls out of state and can say that service and the trucks have been excellent. Dont need to switch to another provider. Ali at Buckeye Supermarket U-haul on Sullivant is a real gentleman, was kind and even welcomed us to Columbus by comping our sodas!

Very Clean cab, cube and chassis. No mechanical problems however the Attic had significant water leaks which caused some household items to become wet and or damp.

Midway Mini Storage has an excellent front office manager and staff! She was very kind and knowledgeable with the best customer service skills. The rates and condition of the truck were great! I will definitely use them again, should the need arise.

Much better experience this time around than last. That being said, I didnt order anything extra this time so there was nothing for this location to provide other than the keys. But still, the truck was available on demand, was clean, and ready to go.

staff directed me to pick the right truck for my move needed a ramp and explained how the no in-person pickup works and loaded equipment I needed in the truck so it was ready for me the next day.

Ive rented U-Haul trucks from this location five or six times and its been great every time. The owner really cares about doing things right and doing them well. The trucks are always clean, gassed, and ready to go when scheduled.

Great Van and excellent service.

While the truck was clean there was an issue with the front of the truck being weathertight. We experienced heavy rains during our move and found items in the Moms Attic had gotten soaked. As well as water leaking into the cab from the roof on the passenger side.

Quick and easy check-out and check-in. Truck was full of gas and ready to go. Guy behind the counter was friendly and helpful.

We had a good experience. It was quick in out. Nice young man helped us both times. The gas tank reading was too high he fixed it right away. He made our rental very easy. A good place to rent from.

The people were very nice and professional and the officefacility was clean. The truck itself was clean on the interior but had a lot of bugs on the windshield, I was surprised how dirty it was. Had to stop and clean it before loading.

This is the best run uhaul location in the Lake Norman area. I have never had an issue and the vehicles are also in great condition.

Only issue was the arm rest on the drivers seat was broken and hard to get used to not being able to use it,. Besides that little thing, everything was great. I rented a 10 truck 2 different days that week to move items for clients.
