The 26 foot truck that was reserved in Gillette, Wyoming was not available so my son located one in Spearfish, SD. That 90 moles away from Gillette. We got it loaded and my son drove our household goods 1500 miles here to Lexington,TN. Kudos to the good folks at Dakota V Twin!!!

While driving at low speeds, the van made lots of grinding noises, but drove well at highway speeds throughout

Easy and quick process to rent the U-haul . Truck was clean and ran smoothly. Only quirk would be having the sign stating where to drop off key being downstairs instead of going up the elevator to the office when it is closed.

The whole process was so easy. Reservation made through website. I chose indoor check in which was fast. Drop off check out and receipt emailed to me. The van was huge and made moving so much faster!! So glad we did it.

Great customer service. We were efficiently checked in, went through our paperwork and we liked the nearly brand new condition of the 10 foot truck we rented for my move.

There was nobody there to assist with my drop off. I had to go on-line to complete the drop off and even then was not sure that i did it correctly. I suppose that I shouldnt complain as the truck was great and I successfully completed my move. I just like doing transactions face to face.

I had a great experience with this location. The only thing for me was that the truck cab needed to be swept, so I ended up getting a pushbroom from the owner and sweeping the cab myself. Other than that, great experience.

I initially reserved a 20 foot uhual truck but wasnt told it was unavailable until the day before. I was given a 26 footer instead which still worked out fine. Outside of that the service was excellent.

The 20 ft. vans need the second step on the bottom of the cab. I am an older guy and have driven big trucks in the past. Short or older folks could benefit from an extra step to get in the cab. I used a small folding step stool, and it worked fine.

The first truck I was assigned was on Empty at start up; it was supposed to have had a quarter-full tank. The U-Haul staff member was great. He quickly assigned me another truck one with three-eighths-full tank and I was on my way.

The truck I was given was in pristine condition. I did not have to be too concerned about tires or fluids leaking because I was given a practically brand new truck to drive from Brockton, MA to Orlando, Florida. The Bluetooth system worked perfectly as well which was also needed for my drive.

I would give them 6 stars if I could. Truck got excellent fuel milage, was roomy for everything in my apartment...

The only issue we had was that we noticed oil leaking onto the driveway and had to add 2 quarts of oil during the trip. Everything else was great!!

Explain how the gas tank is tricky to fill -- you cant lock the nozzle till its full; you have to fill it a little at a time and be mindful of splashback.

BRAND NEW vehicle: 623 miles. Quick check-out check in. Only quirk is that the fuel gauge colors dont photograph well, so it always looked like it was only 34 full Ford; no issue with a recent brand new Dodge.

Great difficulty speaking to the attendant, language barrier. The moving vehicle was in good condition and no issues.

There were some food crumbs and someone had spillled a drink in the truck cab, but overall the truck was great.

It was an old truck - but perfect for an in-town move and the everyone in the office was super helpful.

All persons were intelligent and helpful. Trailer was in good condition. Truck was in excellent condition. Easy access to equipment.

I was unaware that the 26 foot truck had weird boxes shutting up into the rear for the wheels, it made loading and unloading our heavy boxes are, leading us having to make two trips instead of one. Adding additional cost to our trip. Other than that great experience.

The pickup was fine, a little slow as they were pretty busy. I know what eu-haul desk is separate but there was a line for it and three staffers hanging in the hardware checkout. The u-haul had lots of scratches and dings - but was fine inside and ran like a clock. No issues.

This has been the best experience ww have ever had with Uhaul, and we have had quite a few, over the years. Tammy is not only nice, but extremely efficient, and everything was exactly the way I requested it, and the truck was the cleanest we have ever had as well.

Everything was great and easy.Only thing I can say is trucks need a vacuuming one we got has sand and dirt on the floors Im guessing from multiple use. But it wasnt a big deal and everything went smoothly with our move

Check engine light was on and the tire pressure sensors. We were told by the desk agent that at the cost of 80 per sensor that U-Haul doesnt pay to replace. Overall the unit was clean and the desk agent helpful and kind. Very smooth transaction and easy to work with.

The whole experience was great overall Ive had to get about three U-Haul trucks over the past 60 days and I cannot please stay. I didnt have any problems that show your location, always fast and easy to get in and out.

The location and was great. Very clean and easy to access. The employees were awesome! The truck is another story. It was a clean vehicle that was fully fueled, however, the brakes were very soft and the steering was loose and it was just under powered.

They didnt have many options but they had the 20 ft truck. Its a very small facility, but they were friendly.

26 truck had ice cold AC, clean, drove nicely. I used it for 110 miles and it only went down a quarter of a tank 50. Staff at location was friendly and helpful.

The store owner was fantastic to deal with.My one complaint is that this is the 1st rental Ive ever used where the fuel level was at half a tank and you have to return it with half a tank. Every other rental has always come full and you return full.

As a first time user I can say that I was thoroughly surprised of how well the truck travel. We were able to travel from Houston TX to Fort Worth TX with no incidents at all. The drop-off process was easy and I must say that I will probably use your service again.
