Make sure to clean the inside of the windshield. Great pickup and drop off customer service.

Clean the windows - it looked like someone sprayed the inside of each door window but didnt wipe it off.Windshield needed cleaning due to sun setting, it has that film that builds up.

Truck was new and had no issues at all. Drove 22 hours straight through and drop off was easy

Truck and auto transport equipment was in excelente running condition , make a 1300 mile trip to Florida 26 hours with a stop in between, really recommend U-Haul for long distance and in town moving needs .

The staff and everyone at the location are amazing. The truck is clean. The left taillight on the truck was out which led to me getting pulled over by the Sheriff and receiving a warning. A small hiccup but nothing negative to the experience.

This was a very good experience. The staff opened right on time. The interior of the vehicles cab had not been all cleaned out. There was still some trash on the floor. The vehicle drove well.

Make sure the trucks are maintained. The engine light was on in our truck and it did make me nervous. Othen then that it was easy process to pick up and drop off. Uhaul has always been my go to place for renting trucks for moving.

Truck was available after first booking at Lenexa, they mentioned 15 ft truck was unavailable but reserved one at Metcalf. Truck did the job, only issue it hard a hard time starting when parked on my driveway which had a slope, otherwise did the work, drove 31 miles and added 15 of gas

I have been renting 1 ever year to haul stuff to a suicide preventiin walk. I am never charged for 2 days. This year i was charged 15 times 2 for somwthing. And charged and extra day. We had really bad storms with hail and I protected the truck from no damage.

This is a small town. When we need to rent a vehicle. U haul is the cheapest and only trustable place. The trucks is always clean. The customer service is above excellent. They are the first place I think of. I wish you would let them have pick ups and vans. They would always be rented.

Today I moved out. I rented a van. I drove less than 20 miles. When I went to refuel, the fuel gauge stayed stuck below the level that I was to fill it to. Finally, the the pumped clocked off and the. The needle popped all the way up to full. Real nice. Enjoy the free fuel you crooks.

I rented a 9 cargo van for a 640 mile round trip and it was great. It even had wireless CarPlay!

Josh checked me out of the U-Haul and saw no damages. He handed me the receipt. Polite and ultra efficient. We told him about the transmission slipping and when we applied the brakes, the truck would accelerate.

This location ended up saving my whole move because they had a truck. The original location called me 10 minutes before my reservation and told me they didnt have a truck. Im moving seven hours away and had everything lined up dependent on getting that truck.

The right back up light was out, so we had to call the Roadside service to come replace it while we were unloafing our storage facility. The repair service arrived promptly and fixed the light. The truck ran smoothly, and the 700 mile trip was easy!

There was a check engine light on when I picked up the truck. It flashed the whole trip at times but didnt affect the drive. It also didnt affect my experience because the truck seemed to run fine. Overall I was very happy.

Assistance for the vertically challenged would be helpful. I had to borrow another customer to help lift me into the truck. All else was smooth and easy!

This was my first time using your moving pads and was impressed by how neat and clean they were. One item that would improve the experience is for the truck to be full of fuel. It is a hassle to keep track of where the fuel gauge was and required me to make an extra fuel stop during the trip.

No issues at all, well run and always helpful. My only gripe is I wish the fuel tank would be filled up so I dont have to go somewhere to top off. Over the years Ive been using U-Haul the fuel is either halfway or 14 tank.

Customer service was awesome. Truck was clean and easy to drive. We didnt end up using the furniture pads so I do wish they would have taken those off the total but overall really great experience and Id definitely rent from here again!

Recommend to not have the plastic mat in the cargo back. Holds moisture and made the van smell a little moldy. Had to purchase disinfectingmold spray a few hours in of using the van. The van itself was clean but still had a lingering smell.

Excellent experience picking up 20 truck for cross country trip. However, vehicle had less than 18th of a tank of gas which was annoying as I had packers coming over immediately and was late as I had to get gas. Otherwise, staff was great.

The location is kind of far out, but it had plenty of customer parking, easy pick up and return, rental was clean and in good condition.

The only two issues I had ,the app when I took the starting photos it didnt save them , second was the inside front windshield was very dusty , didnt notice until driving into the sun in the evening it almost blinds you . Otherwise all was perfect thank you!!!

They were able to trade out our faultyleaky truck for another truck the same size. My only issue was they did not give us the right amount of miles and we got charged extra to take it from the house we moved to the drop off location. A bit irritating but more of an oversight than on purpose.

Was very pleased with my U-Haul truck rental for a local move. The truck was in great condition I experience no issues. The rental location was easy to get to featured gas pumps for topping off the truck fuel at the conclusion of my use.

All good. Passenger side mirror was off, and hard to adjust, but got it done 5 min into trip. Only 14 gas in truck, so we had to fill it up, and only used 18 gas, so next customer got a deal.

The vehicle had drink spilled in it which attracted tiny black aunts. I also extended my use by 2 days, but there was no way to cancel the insurance. It automatically extended, as well, and I did not need the insurance for the 4 full days. It brought my cost up very high.

Clean windows inside and out and rear view mirrors.

The staff was wonderful - the cab had a weird cleaning detergent smell that was a little off putting but other than that, it was great.

It helped us move everything in almost 1 trip, what a blessing that was. I was so happy that it was available to help us make our moving experience so much better and efficient at the same time. I would recommend it to my family.

Clean the windshield. Ensure the truck runs well and safely - my truck had check engine light on, and the front end steer linkage and suspension was in need of attention.

My only complaint was no cruise control for the truck. Driving 1200 miles wit no cruise control sucked but it is what it is. Other than that I was happy. Drove nice

Staff is very frien and helpful. The truck interior was dirty, cab and cargo area, with evidence of sexual activity. Not anything gross, but not something I would have wanted to explain to young children.

I was happy with my experience renting the U-Haul truck at this location.

Pick up was very easy. This was my first time picking up through the app which took a little time but it was no problem to figure out. This location is very accessible and the van was basically brand new.

The service I received did not need any improvements. Easy in out; clean, operational vehicle; friendly staff - excellent.

We are always treated well and have had great luck renting from this facility. We have done multiple rentals from this UHaul and all results have been excellent. Never a glitch.

In and out pretty quick, truck was very clean. Only issue was i reserved a furniture dolly and none were on sight. There was also an issue with another custy, he reserved a trailer only to find out there wasnt one on sight, not sure how that happens

Wow truck was almost brand new! Its the best U-Haul experience weve had in a long, long time!

Clean the inside of the truck, wash the truck, make sure the windshield is clean inside and out.

For that particular truck, fix the radio and the air conditioning. Randomly Id either be sitting in silence or Id be sweating and sticking to the seats.
