Rented a storage unit for the summer. Rented a small truck for 3 hours to move out. The staff was very courteous in answering my many questions. Also, no issues returning unused boxes.

This is hands-down the best UHaul location Ive ever used. We have storage here as well as do our event rentals. Vehicles are clean, communication is excellent. They are professional every time!

Ensure the starting miles are accurate.

We drove from south Georgia to northwest Montana in a 26 truck. It was easy to drive and became our home for over a week. It was comfortable, clean and new. We actually enjoyed the trip and miss it!! We would do it again for sure!

As a first time U-Haul user, I was nervous about the process; however, Jim made check-in simple and easy for me. The truck was ready as soon as we arrived and it was exactly what we needed to move our college daughter and her friend. Would recommend and definitely will use again!

I had an issue with the first uhaul they gave me but they quickly replaced it.

Honestly these guys were great. They even switched my van bc I didnt want 666 in the number and extended my rental twice. So kind and easy and the place and van was super well maintained. Def coming back here.

The location was great - friendly, quick, knowledgable. The truck is the only complaint - the driver side mirror was loose and would not stay where I adjusted it. I tried to tighten with an Allen wrench but no luck... that made a 750 mile drive a little tough without have sight on my left side.

I love the cleanliness and all of the amenities in the truck worked including air-conditioning, which was perfect.

Adjust the passenger side mirror on the 26 truck. Had to lean back to be able to see properly. But could not lean back any more I was against the seat back. This truck did the job for us.

Been renting trucks from here for years and the service is impeccable. Trucks are clean, run great and the service is tremendous.

When the pick up location is changed, inform your customer. Start with a full tank and have your customer refill when they are done. That way your customer doesnt have to guess how much gas they might need and possibly over spend on fuel.

Have the equipment in the truck seeing that youre closed on Sundays

Improvereinforce the cup holder with a strap instead of the plastic it comes with by default. Also, a more accurate drop point for the U-Haul.

App and location are very user friendly, mobile pickup and drop off are very easy and convenient. The Ram Promaster cargo van is brand new and runs amazing. Thank you!

This location was quick and easy to get the truck and to return the truck. I was a little disappointed about not being able to drop the truck off at another location that was closer to where I was going. But over all great, clean, and smooth running place.

Aside from all the fees, which I know is not the specific businesss fault, very clean and well maintained. The shifter doesnt always go to park but the key comes out.

Has the most available trucks in area the vehicle I drove had a check engine light on regarding tire sensors. It also had rough shake when accelerating uphill.

Good experience. A little long at check-in on Monday morning, with only one person at the desk. I do realize it was Monday morning and a number of drop-offs from Sunday. Truck was clean, no issues with return.

Check the oil pressure gauge. The pressure seemed like it may be low. But it never moved, never got hotoverheated so I am not sure if the gauge worked. Great little truck, just the right size. The height was a little short for the fridge. Had to lay it on its side

We had a good moving experience from the U-Haul stafftruck to the loadingunloading companies we chose off of the U-Haul site. The truck bogged down going up hills, but Im sure thats normal.

The interior of the van was clean and well maintained. The outside was quite dirty but was otherwise in good shape. The dome light did not come on when a door was opened. The staff at this location were outstanding.

There was a little garbage from the previous renter in the truck and the engine light was on the moment I started the truck and stayed on the entire time.
