Everything is perfect.However The fuel tank should be full when the customer picks up the truck. This makes it easy for the customer to refuel before dropping the vehicle off to the U-Haul center.

It would be very helpful and safer if the trucks had some kind of mounted phone holder so drivers could see their GPS maps while driving and still use 2 hands to drive.

I rent quite often. This location is great and helpful. Trucks are usually high mileage but work good. My second favorite location is four corners on 1-92. Trucks are newer there and always good service from both these two locations. These are my two go-to location u-hauls
Staff was super friendly. Only complaint with truck was air conditioner quit working half way through the out of state trip.
Love these small vans for moving, drive easy, good on gas, really comfortable. Just had a little trouble finding where to put the gas in, but found it after a while, its by the driver door under a compartment door
Amazing Great experience with U Haul. The staff was kind and helpful, and the van was very clean. I appreciated the air conditioning and modern charging plugs for my phone. The van drove well and made a big job much easier. I was able to haul four huge loads with no issues. Highly recommend.

The body of the truck looked like it has seen much better days, but it ran fine and was clean inside.

When we arrived at the locaion we were told that they had no trucks available so went on line and was able to reserve a truck .It was a rough riding vehicle, the back door would raise up everytime I hit a bump.

While this location is out of my way, I happily drive past other locations to patronize this one. Clean, undamaged trucks that work and capable and happy staff makes my 8 rentals in the last month the easiest part of the move.
It took a long time for the truck to be readythe worker said the previous shift did not clean up the truck before closing. But on the other hand, I needed to extend my time with the truck, and the customer service phone rep was very quick and helpful!

Nice truck, updated dashboard and interior with the same spacious box. Moms attic is always convenient to get that little bit of extra storage. Make sure to get 16ft straps to prevent things from shiftingfalling during travel. Overall really satisfied with the 20 truck I just rented.
I have used U-Haul many times in different locations. This is the best in terms of management and costumer support. Staff are friendly, courteous, and responsive. Highly recommend. Vehicles are well maintained.
Make the seats more comfortable, especially with the option to recline. I was so uncomfortable that I had to also rent a car and get someone else to drive the Uhaul.
I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the truck was that I rented! The person that was supposed to open at 7 AM when I picked up was a few minutes late, but apologetic and other than that, it was a nice experience! Thank you so much!

U-haul has come a LONG way since I rented a truck to move about 30 years ago. Clean truck with everything operating as it should, relatively fuel efficient, and didnt smell of burnt oil. And a backup camera!

I will have to remember to bring a booster seat to sit in next time I rent the truck. I looked like a child sitting behind the wheel and could just see over the dash. But it was a great truck.

Friendly and fast service when I rented a truck to haul a furniture donation. Truck was in great condition and easy to drive. Every staff member I talked to was professional and helpful.
The second van that I rented had a change oil soon message popping up and that worried me a bit, even though I knew it probably wouldnt affect my drive. But overall I had a good experience with the two rentals. I still maintain a storage unit at this location.
Inside of cargo area was spotless and all requested items to assist with move were provided. Easy check-in and check-out.

Easy app pick up. They had everything ready to go. Keys where they should be and clean truck. The only drawback was the quarter tank of gas to start with.
Service at pickup was prompt, efficient, and friendly. Drop off was as easy as putting the keys in a slot. I received and accurate receipt the next morning. I was fortunate to receive a nearly new truck so the equipment was excellent.
U haul truck can be maintained a little bit. Else everything is perfectly fine.

I always use this particular u-haul location above all others in my area for these top 3 reasons: 1They have the best customer service, 2the vehicles are always clean, well-mainted, and safe, and 3they always have the vehicle size I need when I need it.

I have moved three times in the last five years and have used a UHAUL truck every time. As usual, I was able to rent a truck for my preferred time with no problems picking up and dropping off the rental. That ease is what keeps me coming back.
The truck was well maintained and do very well on an 1,800 mile move.
Engine service light was on the dash. Truck handles rough when around 35-40 mph. But overall customer service was great. Got the job done

The rental was easy and the staff competent. The truck was like driving an old, arthritic, deaf tortoise whose legs were all different lengths.
The truck had less then 1200 miles on it when we picked it up. It was dirty and smelly on the inside. I took it home and gave the cab a good cleaning. The truck worked very well on the drive to Ottawa. The people at the drop-off location were very nice and friendly.
Vehicle safety check I didnt even make it to my house before I was stopped and informed that the left brake directional light was out. Other than that, the vehicle preformed excellent and the low access and ramp was a life saver!

The only issue we had was that AFTER unloading in Murfreesboro, the truck wouldnt start. Luckily my son had a portable car battery charger at his home and was able to get it started. We were thankful the battery didnt die on the trip before he had access to the charger.

The lady running the place did great. She was fighting the backup system as the primary was down. The truck was a junker, 122K miles, but did the job on a short trip.
This guy is excellent Ive used this location severally and every he saves me the time and stress of running around for a van.Clean, and good conditions truck, always ready to assist. Ill recommend this location if you ever need a truck in downtown.

Review the brakes, I was fine as I drive slow but others may not be as careful. Staff was outstanding as always. The young lad that checked me in and the young man that looked over the truck upon my return, just flawless.
I got to clean up instead of putting up for the next person. Also have them sweep out the back what I do every single time. The oil light is also on and require required immediate attention

We had a truck and a 5x8 trailer rented from this location. The truck had serious issues but the trailer was great. The service there was impeccable. Smaller selection but I was happy to rent from them again
The drivers side had dirt on the floor but it may have been from another passenger before me. Other than that, last minute needing a Uhaul and they provided. Online was very successful!
The only problem was that make sure to inspect the truck. Locked didnt work. Otherwise everything was fine. Customer service was excellent.

The initial truck had an issue and as soon as I noticed it, the U Haul team switched it out within one minute. Easy location, friendly staff and you have a truck in the moment you need it.
Make sure the gas is at the level it is supposed to be at, truck was a little dirty, the brakes were squeaking and it took a long time to brake. Very scary experience.

I had to find a truck IMMEDIATELY due to not having enough room in the one I had already rented. Luckily, this location was close, had the size that I needed, AND allowed me to pick up after hours. Even though I didnt need it, the truck also had shipping blankets and a dolly on it.

I am completely satisfied with my entire U Haul experience. From booking online, to picking up the vehicle, to the space l needed in the vehicle, to theMovers l hired through U Haul, to the return of the Vehicle.
The van was a little dirty inside and out, had not been cleaned recently, but it was new-ish and very well maintained.
Transmission on the truck was rough but overall it did what we needed it to do.

Romeo at Caliber Tire was a total Pro. Helpful. Very nice young man. My ONLY concern was that the truck wasnt full of fuel. Trip meter said 191 to empty ... I ended up returning it with 291 to empty. I feel it should have started full. If I need to rent again... I definitely will.
The person who handled this rental was outstanding with both service and potential to detail. She had the truck ready when I arrived...gassed up and ready to go!
Only issue I had was the vehicles alignment. It pulled to the right, I have video and pictures of the issue.

I rented a truck from Storage Perfect. The gentleman was always professional. He took the time to show me a different truck and some moving supplies. This is the second time Ive rented from them. I even drive a bit farther specifically to rent from this company because of their professionalism.

There was an issue with the vehicle which started about an hour after we left. They not only gave us another vehicle but they loaded it for us. We were able to have a safe trip after and no mechanical issues! We will use U-Haul for our next move!

Fix and clean the truck. Keep the vehicles in a safe area, not tucked behind the liquor store in a bad area. The truck barely started each time.

It was great. The only thing I noticed was that cart wasnt sealed. Not sure if I was charged for it. But everything was perfectly executed. Vehicle was read, clean, and the downside was very little gas. So you had to stop right away to refill.

The guy who helped us was very informative and helpful. It was my first time renting a truck and I had a great experience. I had to return the truck after hours, but it was very easy since he took time to show me everything. He even showed me where to park if the parking lot was full just in case.
Ms Pat is so easy to work with, she cares and most of all is very helpful. The truck itself is really showing its age, even the front seat cover is pretty much off but the truck itself was clean in and out. Thx
The cargo van I rented was super nice. It had car play and I could connect my phone to it. It drove very smoothly. Only issue is the key didnt fit in the key dropbox. Luckily, Uhaul was still open when I dropped it off. If it was afterhours, Im not sure how I would have left the key.

Pickup and dropoff process was easy and the staff were friendly. The van came with 4 bars on the fuel gauge reading which was not immediately easy to translate into 13 in the contact, plus the contract listed a slightly higher fuel level than it actually had.

The truck was old, crank windows and torn up decals, but it had AC and made it over Berthoud pass with no issues. The person in charge was one and helpful. I was ably to extend a day and drop it off after hours with no issues. Overall a positive experience.

On long distance one way rentals, cruise control on the truck is almost essential. Having to keep a foot on the accelerator for hours on an end is actually painful. Also in this day and age, a backup camera would be extremely helpful, especially for us non-CDL drivers.

improve the running boards on the 9 foot cargo vans - the running boards are too narrow and literally invite you to slip and fall into the parking lot every single time you get out of the van. Beyond that, everything was awesome, especially the company I rented the van from.
