  • Scheduler kept me informed about the movers schedule. Movers arrive on time and finished move in the time that I reserved. No damage to anything. I highly recommend using these movers for loading or unloading when do a self move with U-haul trucks. It was a painless experience.

  • Arrived late, had difficulty moving the furniture, had to keep rearranging the truck to make stuff fit (20 ft truck for a 1 bedroom apartment was plenty of room), broke a table, and wouldn’t listen when I gave information on how items were previously moved. The woman that called me on the phone also tried to tell me to ‘just them do it’ (they couldn’t get the couch out a door that it had fit thru numerous times). I used them because of all the good reviews but I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

    Dear customer LundisKeepItMoving apologize for any inconvenience. Our movers handled your belongings with the up most care. Although your move was under booked, the movers stayed over by 1hr we weren't paid for. The complaint made to the office agent was specifically about movers loading boxes before furniture which we explained this is the proper way for loading also you weren't wanting to accept the link we sent the night before for 2additional hrs which were needed for your move. This was based on the 2bedroom home with stairs and 20ft truck. During your call office agent heard you screaming at the movers, we asked if you'd like them to proceed and they did continue working beyond the 2hrs. After items were loaded you had the movers to rearrange the items in which was done. There were no damages at end of move payment code was given for 2hrs labor only. Our movers did all they could to satisfy your move. In the future we recommend to please book time needed to properly move items.
