  • The guys did a great job. The owner was on the job and had to handle quite a bit of business on the phone which seemed to leave his partner carrying a lot of items. It was also playing on morale of the team a little bit. They finished in time, but I overbooked to make sure I gave them plenty of time. They did a good job, and I understand things happen, but justdidn't feel like my move was the focal point. I would recommend them and would use them again.

  • Refused to move certain items. Couldn’t move a couch after 3 attempts and destroyed the wall. Severe lack of care. Tried to upcharge me for oversized items beyond the rate paid to U-Haul, claiming they only make $20 per hour. I used this service in the past and should have been leery but I tried them again because of the price. I’m now paying another moving service to do what they couldn’t. Very disappointed. The gentlemen they sent were nice but unprepared for the job.
