Hi, thank you for choosing AFFORDABLE MOVERS. We provide LABOR ONLY - NO TRUCK. Time starts at arrival and ends when PAYMENT CODE is provided. For LOAD ONLY jobs, have tie down straps ready. We bring basic equipment but DO NOT PROVIDE packing materials. Fragile or SPECIALTY ITEMS must be WRAPPED. Please confirm time, service, truck size, stairs, items and addresses.

They were 4 hrs late which we dealt with. However, they left a piece of furniture literally in pieces, hidden in the garage under other items without even letting us know it was now in pieces (and under other items), which it NOT the condition it was in when it was loaded on the truck. They claim it just came apart and can be put back together however the wood is now broken and can NOT be fixed. The deceitfulness and hiding it is as bad as the expensive piece of furniture now being broken. Not at all the experience I had with them last year. Very disappointing.
