  • The gentleman who moved my belongings were responsive & communicated well, kind & respectful.They were on time.The issues were that there was a strong smell of weed as soon as they walked in, & my partner is four months sober from smoking weed, the smell almost made him want to relapse, so please keep that in mind when on a job. Also, a note for future moves, to bring tools. This is a point of constructive criticism and how to be a better business moving forward. Also, one of the young men sat on my bed, which is completely unacceptable. I understand that he was waiting to move the furniture, but that is not okay. Also, my new floors were scratched so maybe next time use a blanket to move around heavy furniture. Also, you may want to ask the customer to see if everything is satisfactory before leaving (where should furniture go etc). I hope that you learn & thrive moving forward.

    Hey good morning and sorry for inconvenience and the smell and Im going to most definitely to take my team about I just got ur review when did he get the chance to sit on the bed when we came in it was on the wall and we carried to the new place we put it right on right after we sit everything back up as it was in the old place and far as everything else we ask ur bf where things go he said yall would move when you came over and can you send me pics of the floor
