• Jose and Jess are amazing. They kept me updated and moved everything in the most effortless and professional way. They are extremely friendly and helpful. I forgot one of the rented furniture pads and they offered to pick it up after the job completed! It is a small thing but it means a lot to me. Thank you very much! Definitely recommend.

• I was informed 1.5 hours before my 6 PM move that the team was running 30-45 minutes late. I received no further updates until I reached out at 645 PM. I called multiple times but could not reach them for nearly an hour, and their text responses were unclear. By the time they resumed communication, my building’s moving hours (ending at 8 PM) had ended, and they proposed an unrealistic plan to use the stairs - I live high up in a high-rise. I was again unable to reach them to revise the plan. Nearly 3 hours after the scheduled time, they finally answered at 945 PM, and we rescheduled for the next day. The next day, they arrived 30 minutes late and did not have an Allen wrench, requiring them to leave during the move to purchase one, causing further delay. They voluntarily refunded 30 percent, which I appreciated, & ascribed both days' delays to traffic & car troubles. I understand delays happen, but communication and preparation were -severely- lacking, & my move suffered as a result.
