Our team makes your move easier by handling the heavy lifting with care, efficiency, and friendly service so your U-Box experience is smooth from delivery to cleanup.

We are here when you need someone to pickup or drop off your U-Box for you at the U-Haul Service Center. We also offer services to load the U-box or unload U-box with your packed items for you.

  • Everything was great except the delay in arriving at scheduled time and overall load time could have been saved if additional boxes and helper came together.

  • They showed up 25 mins late, they had all of my belongings out in the hall way, belongings in the elevator rooms (two different rooms of 2 different floors), things sitting outside with nothing being put in the truck. After an hour I finally went downstairs and saw everything everywhere and when I said we needed to pick up the pace and get things in the truck, I was met with a comment of ‘oh he’s cracking the whip, we better move faster’. When the truck was packed finally, they left before I did and still somehow I beat them to the address by 10 mins. I was driving a 20ft loaded down U-Haul, so I definitely didn’t speed and did not use tolls. Then the older man did not want to get off the back of the truck and actually bring anything into the new apartment. I had to ask 6 different times for him to get out of the back of the truck and let someone else push things to the back of the truck. Absolute worst experience I’ve had with movers and I use them each time I move.
