• 2 folks showed up on time. They were quiet and professional. Brought no moving equipment, which is generally fine as we rented a dolly and specified that no heavy furniture to move. Overall vibe was that folks do not have that much of specific moving experince, which I could feel from the way they approached moving our things. At one point they dropped four boxes off the ramp of the truck. A lot of our kitchen stuff flew all over the street. Only found out when I saw them putting things back into the bin. They claimed all was good, nothing broken. During unpacking, we found a bunch of broken dishes. Also such scratches on furniture here and there. Luckily, nothing major. It worked ok for us as we do not have fancy furniture to care much. But I would not trust them with valuable pieces. Overall, it was not bad for the price we paid and considering our personal situation. I would not recommend it for those who need really professional, careful movers.

• A great help for our move. Lots of heavy lifting done by just the movers. Really appreciated the efficient and easy service. Also were patient when we had a delay. I’d recommend Diego & David.
