Extremely time taking workers. They were on their phone a lot.

The company or movers should invest in a furniture dolly, moving pads and plastic stretch wrap. These items will make the job easier & more efficient plus the customer will appreciate furniture not getting scratched or dirty.

Amazing Moving Experience with Daniel & Noah! Daniel and Noah from Amazing Movers were absolutely fantastic. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and clearly very experienced. They handled everything with great care and worked efficiently the entire time. They made what could have been a stressful moving day feel smooth and easy. Daniel and Noah were extremely respectful of my belongings, carefully wrapping and transporting everything so nothing was damaged. They also had a great attitude and stayed positive and helpful throughout the whole process. What really stood out was their teamwork and attention to detail—they communicated well with each other and made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it at the new place. My first movers from another company didn't show so I called them scheduled thru uhaul tim was very helpful they got to my place within 2 hours got me more than moved i was on a budget I didn't think 2 hours would cover more than just my big sectional and 2 beds they got wayyy more than I expected and stuck to my time limit and beyond exceeded my expectations I only cares for them to move my big stuff I was going to do my little stuff that's alot alone to stay on my budget man when I tell you they got it done in a hour with going to the other property unloading they sure did that and im not even mad they had a 1 hour minimum with what they got done in that hour they even wanted to stay and see if there was anything else they can help me with since I had another hour I had nothing they deserved that extra hour to go enjoy a meal or relax between there next job thank yall ide give 10 stars if I would

We ordered to have two people move our things from one house to another. However, we only received one person. Ghana was really good and I don't want him to get any backlash, but we did ask for two people so that we can move everything. I gave him a cash too in person.

Awesome!!! I booked a last minute job for helping to unload a 20' foot truck because my bf was not about to unload the truck he packed- cant blame him! Both guys were punctual, humorous, and super professional. Not only did they unpack the truck 30 minutes faster than expected, no furniture was damaged. I originally hired them through U-Haul Movers for two hours and ended up adding another hour because they were doing such an incredible job. These two young men worked almost three hours straight without a break and never once slowed down or complained. They helped us empty nearly an entire house in Layton, Utah and handled everything quickly, carefully, and with a great attitude the entire time. Beyond their work ethic, they were simply a joy to be around—positive, polite, respectful, and professional from start to finish. James and Jason are cousins from Peru and represented themselves and their company extremely well. It’s rare these days to find people who show up ready to work hard and take pride in what they do, but these two absolutely delivered. If you need dependable movers who will work their tails off and treat you right, ask for James and Jason with Smooth Mooves. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

The owner Omar was the lead and brought John, and they were both energetic, helpful, polite, careful, quick and thoughtful. Also, one of the lowest prices. they also carefully took apart some furniture and I would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.

Excellent! Fast as hell, went immediately into high gear and crushed the job without crushing any of the boxes or furniture. Had some flexibility to deal with a couple of unforeseen hitches (as every moving job encounters) and never complained once. Super organized too, planning the job before loading and before unloading for great efficiency. Couldn't be more pleased.

Moving is like building IKEA furniture for my husband and I, we argue more than we move. But with this fantastic team, this was THE best move we’ve ever had. They were extremely professional, easy to work with, communicated well, and were quick without sacrificing quality. My husband didn’t have the right tools for the washer and they stepped in to help with no issues. You can tell they know what they’re doing by how efficient they are. They put everything where we wanted and when I realized we didn’t have the rug down on the floor, they moved the couch again and let me lay the rug and ensure it was where I wanted. 100 percent would highly recommend! - from two 30 year olds with broken down backs

These guys are amazing! I can’t recommend them enough. They were polite, extremely fast and took care of our belongings like they were their own. We would absolutely use them again.

First off, I’ve used this service through moving help, for 10 years, and this has been the worst experience of all. Second, I figured I helped them out by wiring some money for the next day so they won’t deal with service fees, only for them to leave me hanging the next day on the unload. Then obviously they’re ignoring my text now and not refunding me the money. Also, even though I was gonna extend an extra hour, even though there were more than two hours late, they left me hanging on the original loading and only loaded half of the truck. I wish you good luck if you think this company will not do the same to you and what they’ve done to me.

They were so fast! What I was expecting to be a 3 hour job ended up taking just 2, and I believe that this was in no small part thanks to how speedily they worked. My one qualm was that they didn't have equipment to carry a mattress. This may have partially been my bad as I'm not sure that the uhaul site saved the comment that I made about how heavy my mattress is (125 lb). But it did unfortunately lead to the movers simply dragging it along the ground at one point. At another, they left it sitting on one small box, hanging down on all sides, which is terrible for the foam. I'd have preferred that the job take a bit longer and we somehow find an alternative, especially since I had paid for another hour and we had multiple dollies to work with. Instead, that part did unfortunately feel TOO fast to the point of being rushed. That said, I would hire them again, 100 percent. Next time I'll just make sure to have any potential moving tools available that they may need.

I would be weary of using this company, it probably just depends on the movers they assign to the job. The front door trim was damaged and multiple pieces of furniture were scratched or dented.

WGBZ Moving was by far the cheapest, most economical option that we could find for moving help. But, you get what you pay for. If you are only looking for a few strong guys to move stuff around and you can supervise and direct them, then this is a good option. They are certainly not 'professional movers'. I had a few heavy pieces that I needed loaded onto a truck. They arrived 1.5 hours late and went to the wrong address. They arrived with no moving equipment, not even lifting straps that they could use to team lift an item if needed. I had to direct them on how to move and lift certain items, and how to overcome small obstacles such as thresholds or the edge-lip of the moving truck ramp. If you just need muscle, this is a great cheap option. But if you need professional movers to help load or unload, pay a little more and find someone else.

The movers were nice and respectful throughout the job. They arrived about two hours late, but they did communicate they were running late on the way to location. They brought their own dolly which was helpful. Few pieces of furniture were accidentally damaged during the move. Nothing major, just not the most careful handling. Overall, the service was okay. Just be aware that timing may not be ontime and there’s a chance of minor damage, so plan accordingly.

They did an excellent job with loading and unloading. Problem solved the door to get the refrigerator in the house. Definitely recommend if you need any help with moving.

The two helpers showed up 4 hours late without any tools to help with the move. I let them use my dolly. They didn’t secure anything in the truck just stacked the boxes. I will have to secure the boxes myself. Communication was miserable. Choose another company.
