    The movers were amazing! Almost the same team as last time I used them. But the coordinator who sets up the guys was AWFUL!!! He got upset with me for only paying for the hours the guys worked. He forced me to add another hour to my request but the guys were so good and fast they did the job in half the time. So I called movinghelp to change my hours billed and they said no problem!! But the movers coordinator kept texting me to pay for the extra hours when the guys did not work those hours. He ended the conversation telling me to never use his company again bc I didn’t overpay for the service. What?!?!

    Jay, Dion & team were reliable, communicative, and lovely to work with. They were incredible for a last minute move, where we had to leave due to water damage and had 5 days to get our belongings out. We booked Tuesday for a Thursday move, and coordinating with the movers went super smoothly. We ordered one fewer u-box than we should have, but Jay and team were great at prioritization and making our stuff fit! Thank you to All Around movers - we will plan to use them in the future.

    If the sky were paper and the ocean ink there would not be enough for me to explain to others how professional and honest this man is. He literally rescued me in the middle of my move when another company who said that they knew what they were doing proved they didn't. If it were not for the owner of this company coming out to help me I don't know what I would have done. If you want an honest moving company and people who take care of you and your hairlooms, but most importantly KEEP THEIR WORD!! I wouldn't hire anyone else. I have already given my family and friends this man's name and company. As a former mover myself I watched the way they worked and was impressed with the way they took care of me.     Unfortunately it was raining. My appt was scheduled at 10am. I received a call at 932am saying due to the rain my appt has been pushed back until further notice and that their 8am clients were pushed back as well. I came in from out of state and needed to be back by a certain time for my other movers to unload. I understand safety for the workers but you also called me less than 30 mins before my scheduled move which you knew at 8am was going to be an issue. They finally came around 1130 after I expressed my disappointment and that we were two women and two children with no options due to lack of communication.

    I booked 2 movers for 2 hours to move items from storage unit to my uhaul. Communication before their arrival was better then I expected! Took the 2 guys 30 min total to move everything and use my straps and bungee cables to tighten everything down! They were very friendly, happy, and seemed to enjoy their work.     Jack and Tre are amazing. They helped us in November when we moved my mom to Florida and she was clear that they were the only ones she wanted to help when she got her house. Today they loaded the truck, followed us an hour away (which was not part of their normal work area) and unloaded and assembled everything.     Two guys came and 1 mysteriously disappeared shortly his arrival. It was Just as well bc he was not really doing much. I was left moving it myself as Casey (who worked hard and was very kind) put it all in the garage instead of the house. I was offered a partial refund and Casey and his Boss were friendly and easy to work with but it was difficult.     The people doing the move were very nice and we're successful in loading most everything on the truck. The problem was that when unloading, I found out that they did not use the provided moving blankets to protect the furniture, which caused scuffs and scratches. The moving helpers that unloaded the truck said that they were shocked at how poorly it was loaded. We would have had more room if they were better organized, which was sad to hear because we had to give away some valuable items that did not fit. They also turned boxes upside-down which caused chemicals to leak. I did tip them at the time for there hard work, but didn't realize how badly it was packed.

    I wanted to love these guys, but they did a pretty average job of packing my u-boxes. Most movers I've worked with have disassembled basic furniture, like removing legs from tables, etc to make things fit.     We hired TAJ & BRO on December 7. Their crew arrived one hour late. Also a lot items get damaged by movers. On top of that, when we placed the order the hourly rate was $70 on uhaul site, so it should be $140 total for two-hour labor fee, but on December 10 they charged us labor fee for $160 when completed job. $20 extra! Would not recommend!

    I’m stunned. I’ve hired movers 4 times previously - but no experience can hold a candle to this one. First of all, the price. Their rates make hiring help affordable for people like me who need to do the job but suffer from health issues. I got the 26’ truck loaded, but my body just couldn’t unload it. I booked early evening and promptly received a messsge from Kyle confirming and asking for pertinent info so there was no confusion. At the exact time window promised, Alberto and Miguel text to let me know they had arrived and were waiting at the job site. After giving them a short rundown of where I wanted a couple things, they dove in. Their system is refined, they work quickly and efficiently - and Miguel could teach a Masterclass on maximizing and organizing space.
