EVERY aspect of this was easy. Courteous making reservation, help in picking up the trailer, quality equipment, someone met me to get the trailer off the car. 1551 miles, no issues. Cant wait for the next trip.

Pickup was easy and trailer was ready to go and in great condition for the trip. Excellent customer service at this location. Drop off just as easy and fast.

Best Hardware was a hidden gem and helped us out on very short notice. The owner was very friendly, fast, and very knowledgeable about hooking the trailer up to our Jeep and then making sure everything was right before we left. Highly recommended!

I had set an appointment time, and nobody was there the trailer was there and it took me a bit to figure out the app and I then had to hope I filled out everything correctly but all and all everything went well and the dropoff was much easier

Kim is awesome. I rent a trailer a couple times a year and shes always nice and very helpful.

As always, excellent service very good condition equipment

Great service. Trailer worked as advertised.

Great place to rent a 5x8 ramp trailer. Location has lots of inouts for easy hookups for whatever youre getting and paperwork was quick when I added all my stuff online up front thanks!

Laron was very helpful in getting my trailer setup

The location was great, everyone I worked with was great. Its a smaller location so getting in it and getting the trailer on my 30 RV was challenging, but other than that it was perfect.

Harley was a great help. Towed well!

They did an awesom job, only one guy working when I picked trailer up, he was busy, be man he was good.

Fast and friendly people. We rented a trailer and it was clean, ready on time, and they were quick about check in and set up. Five stars!

The trailer bwe rented fit our situation perfectly the staff was excellent as usual thanks U-Haul for helping make this family function amazing.

The trailer was very clean however, the trailer floor seemed weak like it would not hold much weight gave away quite a bit while moving objects in and out. The Manager at the location was awesome. Great guy easy to deal with.

My rental experience was excellent. However, as a suggestion, have an enclosed trailer that includes a ramp for loading especially heavy or awkward items. Though the trailer floor is low, sometimes being able to roll up with a appliance dolly would be helpful.Just a suggestion. Thank you.

Good trailer, nice folks running the place, good rental price. Not a dang thing. keep up the good work.

Everything from scheduling the trailer to dropping it off was done fantastically. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. This is why we always rent from U-Haul!

U Haul Port Townsend was a lifesaver when I needed a trailer to handle an emergency on a Sunday. Great service and very helpful!

Kyle took great care of everything, making sure I signed up for things correctly, hooking up the trailer and checking lights, and to His total customer service attitude. 5 stars to Him for sure. If I need to rent a trailer again, I know where I am renting from. Thank You

Very helpful team at this location! Made the trailer drop-off simple and fast!

We have always been met with friendly staff and its a quick In-N-Out every time that weve rented the trailer to all our yard debris.

Great experience with the trailer rental. Easy check in and return process. Trailer was clean and all in working condition. Will definitely rent again when needed.

2nd or 3rd time using this location for a motorcycle trailer and truck. Always polite, on time, and easy to usereturn.

I really appreciate GeorgesJordans approach to ensuring the trailer was attached safely to my pickup truck. He spent time to make sure the receiver was connected to the ball correctly and also that the chains were properly attached. That gave me great peace of mind.

Trailer did its job. App wouldnt let me submit photo of where we parked it, so if there is a question about it, I took a Pic with my phone.

Used this location many times. Always great service and good trailors

First time using a trailer for a long distance move. The employee managing the location in Massachusetts was amazing. He even provided some contact spray free of charge to help get my lighting connection working.Fantastic service

Great work by the team. Had gone in to get a trailer for first time, Nikolina guided me on the options and Sahil helped with hitching of the trailer. Very good experience!!!!

The trailer was pretty beat up but it clean and served it purpose.

Always easy process at this location. Carlos very helpful and friendly. Moving is stressful but appreciate the ease of renting trailer and check out from here

I forget the name of the young man that helped us Colin?. He was extremely helpful and got the trailer attached to our SUV in no time. He was very polite and pleasant. We would gladly go back to this location again!

Make sure that all are the lights work prior to making it available for rent.

The man working the return came out immediately unhooked the trailer while I sat in my truck and I was finished there in 2 minutes. Email received before I got home excellent service. Great employee. Friendly and professional

Excellent as always. Said they would clean up the floor of the trailer.

Staff were great. Trailer was in good mechanical condition and worked for the purpose intended.

Make sure all trailer lights work.

Not only was the service amazing at both pick up drop off, having this trailer during our move was invaluable. Thank you.

The staff was great - made the process efficient and easy. Good communications, and great directions on using the trailer.

This shop was very helpful making sure I had the right trailer and that it was hooked up correctly. Both the employee working there and the general manager went above and beyond.

Not only was the service amazing at both pick up drop off, having this trailer during our move was invaluable. Thank you.

Staff did well. Help hook up trailer and tested lights before we left. Thankyou

Low key, simple office with great service. I rented a trailer to tow a lawn tractor, and forgot my hitch. They offered to lend me theirs and told me where to drop it off afterward. Just great service and easy to work with. Well-maintained equipment.

Was very easy to come in for my Uhaul trailer. They were very fast, accommodating, and I will definitely be using them

Put a reflective strip on the top of the ramp so you can see the Motercycle trailer better in your review mirror . Other than that it was great ! Thank you all !

Wonderful customer service! Helped make sure everything was connected correctly. I have never rented a U-Haul trailer before so that was so helpful!

Excellent customer service but this location needs more no ramp open trailers. New manager is very professional and a sweetheart

Drove into the drop-off bay, the agent came out within a couple of minutes, disconnected the trailer and I was on my way. This in a convenient location easy to get to.

Always love renting from here. Have the trailer i need every year. Reasonably priced, they hook it up for you and then unhook it when you are done. Very friendly as well.

Staff was great at this location and helped me good up trailer.

Lynns Service Center made it super easy to call ahead and make sure a trailer size I needed was available and had it ready when I got there. Made it quick and easy! Thank you!

Very easy. Met me outside, did the hike pinups and check out. Then when we returned, met us outside and unhooked. Was a great experience.

Service was great, everything is was very easy, pick-up an drop-off....trailer was a little muddy...otherwise everything was great

My Customer service guy was AMAZING! In and Out Trailer attached in 8 minutes! WOW!

We wish they had more smaller sized trailers available. Good service!

Trailer was available on time, the agent hooked it up immediately and I was on my way. Very friendly people

Nothing. I rented a trailer twice from this location. Staff are the best. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this location

Employee was very helpful. Hooked trailor up Brought it to me. Did the same on the return. Pleasant, polite. , will definitely rent again from this location

Kaleigh was amazing. She had a great attitude, and had the trailer hooked in before I even got out of the car. The return was equally a great experience. She came out immediately and showed me where to park to offload the trailer. One of the best Uhaul experiences I have ever had.

First time I have ever had to connect my rental trailer to my vehicle

Nice place to rent the trailer, person there made it very quick.

Everything about my experience was outstanding. The reservation was easy to make, I was able to pick up the trailer a little ahead of when I planned, the trailer handled well, and the checkin process was easy.

Procuring the trailer was easy. Trailer was clean and perfect for our need.

Very smooth, easy pickup and drop off. Have rented the motorcycle trailer several times before and will again when needed.

Excellent customer service. Trailer mechanically sound and pulled better than expected , but trailer floor unswept when picked up.

Easy pickup, easy return. The trailer was in great shape.

Ensure covered trailers dont have damaged roofs. There was a hole in the trailer I was issued, we were lucky there was no rain

The trailer I rented functioned perfectly. The trailer I went in to rent wouldnt have been wide enough for me to haul what I needed to haul. The person who helped me did a great job.

Nothing to improve. Guy was really nice and helped me get what I needed. Had the trailer ready to be hooked up to the truck and got me on my way.

Trailer drove great, front Desk women at the Howard St office in Port Huron was very helpful and friendly. Overall great value, and worked perfectly for my needs. Really nice to be able to drop the trailer off so early too.

Informed employee of the leaking trailer areas.

Trailer was new and in great shape. No complaints.

Customer service was fantastic! Only downside was the rental utility trailer had a broken bracket. Obviously going to be dirty but the bracket was a point of concern. I mean it though, customer service was great.

Nice trailer. Pulled well and big enough to hold a big load.

I rent uhual trailers alot and This location is absolutely amazing and by far the best service..

Very helpful agent. First trailer had lights that didnt work. She quickly changed over to another working trailer and got us on our way.

The manager and team went above and beyond to get my trailer lights working, even after spending 8 hrs on them, they made sure we were not going to go down the road with a trailer until it was all working properly!

All went great. I was able to pull up, drop off my trailer and be on my way, all within 10 minutes.

Super friendly, Excellent trailer!!

Very friendly. Hitched the trailer which I didnt expect. Top notch.

nice people, helped hook up trailer

Carl helped me get exactly what I needed. Even fixed the taillight on a specific trailer for me cuz it had a ramp that I requested. Good experience.

It took us a little while to find the trailer, but everything went well.

I reserved the rental on the app and it went very smoothly. The attendant was very knowledgeable and helpful. The trip went without incident and I returned the trailer easily.

No complaints. Process to rent a trailer was very easy and everyone was helpful along the way. I have rented from this location a couple times myself and through friends and family helping them move. Honestly havent had a negative experience here!

Very helpful guys. However this time the trailer was dirty inside

The guy who came out and hooked up my trailer was very nice. We both forgot to get the packing blankets I had requested. U-haul made it easy for me to pick them up at a location just a half mile from where I was loading. It all worked out very well. Straff was always nice.

Jesse is doing an outstanding job! He pulled the trailer, pinned it to my van, checked all the electrical connections to make sure they were working properly. He is very efficient, experienced and very good with customers. I highly reocmmend this location for Uhaul.

The location was a bit cramped with trucks parked all over the place. The trailer was tired and a bit tatty looking but fully functional. The service from the staff was excellent. I would rate the pick up experience in particular as first rate. The drop off experience was also excellent though.

Christian was excellent - quick service, trailer was ready - overall I was very satisfied.

Great staff - easy smooth trailer rental!

Great service Emily and the guys helped load the trailer in no time I was on my way . Highly recommend the place

In all the years of renting from UHaul, I have never had a bad experience with their equipment whether its one of their trailers or a truck! Everything has always been clean and in good working order!

Friendly and accommodating. The large parking lot made it easy for a novice trailer user to hitch and un-hitch.

Dick was friendly professional. Went out of his way to make sure all was correct. Explained many options to get right trailer. Price was very reasonable ! Definitely use U-Haul again.

This location has very good customer service. I can rent a trailer from many other locations, but I choose to use this location because the service is friendly and professional.

First class location. Top notch customer service. Two employees came out in the rain to help me unhook the trailer from my vehicle. Always great!

Manager and sales associate went above and beyond to help me get the paperwork and 6x12 trailer all hooked up and process to turn in upon my home location A

It seems to be just a drop off yard and a tight space to maneuver a 12 foot trailer. On the good side a uhaul man showed up and helped us!

Make the smaller trailers available for one-way moves.

Very good deal on motorcycle trailer rental. Total cost for over 225 mile trip was under 30.

Customer service at location and on phone was excellent! Only feedback is that 2 of 4 tires on the trailer were borderline in terms of wear.

I had to increase the original order from a 5x8 to a 6 x 12 trailer when I arrived at the original location in FL. the new location was flexible and smoothly moved me to a 6 x 12 no issues and very customer focused! Very flexible.

I was just hoping for a closer location to drop the trailer off. I had to drive 20 miles each way.The ramps on the 6 x 12 trailers are very nice. And all the extra lights on the outside. Good job.

Excellent experience picking up the trailer with help from John at Hamden. Clean equipment.

Make sure to put good tires on your trailers. Blew a tire, but repaired in a timely manner.

Very nice place Kelly was a lot of help she did the write up then came out to hook the trailer up .

No UHAUL personnel was on site. I hooked up the trailer myself and finished the contract registration process on line. Ive never done that before.

The whole experience was perfect. The gentleman even helped me to load the trailer while I waited on assistance from my friends. Very friendly. And informative.

Everything was great, love the new cables, much better than the old chains, and the new ramp door was fantastic

The young lady who served me was very pleasant to talk with about the trailer rental. She remembered me from the last time. Hats off the team at the Chef Mentuer location.

Great selection and excellent service. Trailer performed admirably.

Convenient location on my side of town. Trailer was perfect and staff got me in and out. Will rent from them again for sure.

Everyone at this location is super nice, always accommodating and very easy to rent from them. The trailers are always well maintained and clean. Many thanks to the entire U-haul team!

Make sure equipment is attached appropriately and all lights are plugged in and working.

It is always a great experience renting trucks and trailers at this location

They were very easy to deal with theyre open late. The men I rented from werent super fluent in English but they made an effort were nice. The women I returned it to were very helpful helping me get the trailer unhooked where it needed to go.

Matthew was very helpful getting the trailer ready

The staff was extremely helpful and accomidating. I had an appointment and they were able to get the equipment I needed in very short time. When I need to rent another trailer I will definitely reuse this location.

Great customer service !!! The trailer was in mint condition.

I have rented four U-Haul trailers in the last several weeks. This is the only location that actually hooked my trailer up for me The young lady working was by far the best worker of yours Ive come across.

My trailer was not available when I get there, because of a client not returning on time but the guys handle it very good and I end up with my rental Thank you

I had a great experience renting a U-Haul trailer from this location! Everything was easy, quick, and hassle-free. A special shout out to Bo for being so friendly, helpful, and providing excellent customer service. I really appreciated his help and would definitely rent from this location again!

Great assistance in trailer rental and hookup

Quick service, quick hookup, and we were good to go with the trailer. Same with return! Great job U-haul!

We were very pleased with the excellent service and support we received while renting a 15 foot truck and a trailer. . The staff did everything they could to help us during the process. We highly recommend them.

Trailer always ready, thanks Travis

Rented a Cargo trailer for my son to move a few items. Pickup and drop-off was easy. Great Customer Service at the location.
