Uhaul ubox was a great option for us. We moved from Bellingham WA to tucson AZ with two uboxes. We were unsure of our delivery timeline so this option worked very well for us. Great people at both ends at the local uhaul stores, and the boxes arrived on time.

The service was excellent, I was a little hesitant to get the box but the box arrived very well, same condition, my stuff didnt move out of place and there wasnt any damage. In Santa Clara I got help from staff to move one of my items and everyone was very friendly and helpful

Overall very good experience with UHaul again. The only hiccup was the UPod delivery was about 2 hours later than promised. No big deal but it did put our loading time a little behind schedule. The staff was great at every interaction.

Never actually went into the Goodyear Uhaul store, but they stored the u-box that I shipped from Snoqualmie, Wa. They also delivered and picked my u-box, and I was very pleased with that service. Uhaul pods are what I will use for all my moves now. Great service!!

This is the best way to move! It would have cost more in gas had we rented a truck. It was much less hassle to have these UBOXes dropped off. The U-Haul people, text messages and calls for delivery and pickup was awesome and helpful. I highly recommend this for anyone who needs to move.

The Mobile location provided an option for delivery at a reasonable price. The Paducah location offered box delivery for 10 times as much. I would use uboxes in Mobile again but not in Paducah.

I had 9 pods filled in Denver and sent to Sioux Falls to be unloaded at my new home. The pods arrived over a 3 day period and delivery was excellent. U Haul in Denver did a wonderful job with providing the pods and staff to fill them Sioux Falls did not do the best job on the Moving Help side.

This was my first time using the U-Boxes and they worked out great from the loading to arrival at the new location!

My experience of using U-Boxes for shipping my stuff from east coast to west coast is great! On time pickup and delivery as per the scheduled times, and the overall shipping time was much shorter than the original estimate. Will definitely use again in the future!

Tell them to consider how many days they might need to get their box loaded. Also how making a list or plan in advance will make them more aware of how much stuff they actually have. I very much underestimated in these areas. Not your fault. Just my inexperience in moving.

Great way to move. Uboxes are hands down better than the conventional way of moving, e.g. renting a truck.

Drivers must ensure to read the drop off instructions properly and follow the images provided. As well as contact the customer upon arrival and confirm where they placed the U boxes is appropriate. Also, common sense is needed. If theres a garage... dont block it!

This was such a smooth move. We used a U-Box to have some furniture shipped from Texas to Iowa. The process was almost entirely online, however, they did call to confirm drop offs and pick ups. It was super easy!

Boxes were one day late arriving - not a big issue. Did not need the furniture pads - maybe request those rather than just putting them in the boxes. Janet was AMAZING!!!!! CJ and Adam were awesome in the deliveries of my boxes!

I knew how many containers I needed so didnt ask for recommendations. My overall experience was excellent. Have definitely told others that if they ever need something like the pods to give a call.

Have boxes ready on time, clean u-boxes between customers, answer the phone in a reasonable amount of time.

Thankful for the only option for a studio apartment move. Other companies have pods twice the size. U Haul provides a smaller and cheaper option. Plus, everyone Ive dealt with on the phone and in person has been fantastic!

U-box is an excellent option when you need to move more items e.g. small appartment or room than will fit in a truck or car, but not enough for a large moving company. Cost effective, easy and highly recommended.

The delivery was after the delivery window at our destination but it was delivered same day. Over all price and experience was excellent. Half the cost of other moving services.

The Uhaul experience was great! Lots of pads, the boxes havent been shipped yet, so I dont know if everything is safe. The delivery of the boxes was longer than I thought, but all went well when they arrived.

The tighter you can make the delivery windows the better, understanding you guys have logistics constraints. But overall it was a great experience, and beats driving a truck down myself!

Jessie was incredibly helpful throughout the entire experience. He accommodated my swap to a metal container and showed me the updated container ID on his end, so there was no worry about my boxes getting lost. He always had my container out on time and checked in often.

This location was great. I did have an issue accessing my Ubox as I made an appointment for 6pm and was later told no appointments after 5pm so I did not access the Ubox one of the days it was booked. The customer service was great though and the staff were all very kind.

Nothing was broken and therefore packed well by a Uhaul recommended mover. I stored my UBoxes for a long time and now have moved everything out of them. Would recommended Uhaul if you need moving and storage.

The beauty of loading your own items is that you determine what is most valuable and you pack it accordingly. We got all our pods when we wanted them all items were in great condition and everything arrived that we sent. Cant ask for a greater moving experience.

Willow the driver did an excellent job of navigating our dead end street and with a smile the whole time. The team member that called me ahead of the box delivery, noted something incorrect on the order and corrected it immediately, making for a smooth delivery and pick up. Good job team!

I wish I knew about U-haul boxes before. This made my move flexible, comfortable, and less expensive than a moving company.

Only problem we had was the pods got to lakeville on time but delivery to our address in Faribault couldnt be completed until 7 days after they got to lakeville. We just picked up the pods ourselves to speed up the process.

I had 2 boxes pick up! Everything went very well.

This service was perfect for my move. It was really helpful to have extra time to load and unload the containers verses using a truck. Being able too store them for a few weeks was great gave me time to paint the new house.

UHaul UBoxes are great for any move. I used them for a cross country move. Everything was on time and arrived safely.

My u container was a few days late and some things were broken. The movers are amazing!

The location in Tallahassee worked well with me. They called me a few days after my uboxes arrived although I had forgot about them and made the process of closing my tab very easy. If I had to recommend a site in Tallahassee to someone Id say them.

The Ubox is the best moving tool out there!! They drop off the box to your home, you fill it, then they pick it up! I went from Ohio to Arizona and they kept it in storage until I moved into a new home. The app is user friendly I am very very pleased.

What a great option for moving! Self loaded, used a moving service: Two Men and an Angel in Carrollton TX. Went like clockwork! The Plano facility had the Uboxes ready to pick up. The movers were amazing! Very careful and so nice.

Pods arrived late due to lack of drivers but Chasity was amazing and went above and beyond to deliver them late at night before movers arrived made sure we still to our weight tickets.

The Fairbanks, Alaska, crew does a good job. Very accommodating. The U-box system is very good. I would suggest you phase out the tarp-covered boxes in favor of the hard-shell, waterproof boxes. Sometimes the tarps can be in short supply, delaying when a customer can pick up his box.

The entire U-box experience has been wonderful. Everything has worked to perfection. Uhaul has provides great service to us on this move.

We used a U-Box to move some furniture from CA to AZ. U-Haul was well organized, prompt, and communicated clearly every step of the process.

Other than a minor delay in getting the box delivered to our home, U-Haul keep us informed and updated every step of the way. The delivery drivers on both ends were both prompt, friendly, and efficient. We would recommend U-Haul in the future.

The U-Box was the way to go. Easy to schedule, load, and have delivered at the other end. The U-Haul team did an excellant job communicating when the U-Box was arriving and being picked up. I would certainly use U-Haul U-Box again.

We are still looking over a few things. Recommend better communicatuon between freight companies and either u-haul or the customer! And no longer use the company my box freighted with!

Excellent help from U-Haul. I used U-box. Excellent service from the moving help in both companies for both loading and unloading. I highly recommend every service I had used.

Coordination of delivery and pickup of two separate boxes was done very well, and the deliverypickup person was very personable and very good at what she did, placing the box in my requested spot and making sure it was level.

Improve your dates for the actual pick up and delivery as stated when making arrangements with the uhaul boxes. Having to rearrange the schedule after set dates makes it hard on custermers.

The Uhaul short distance delivery driver Kate Kathleen, when above and beyond to ensure my containers were delivered and picked up on my need dates.

Overall the experience was very positive. Would be nice if the drop off of the ubox could be scheduled for the early AM. Renting the truck and trailer and bringing the box to the apartment was a good alternative. Delivery was great and no property was damaged.

I couldnt be happier with the overall U-Haul experience from North Canton. The delivery windows I was given were accurate and easy to plan around for example, 12-3 for pickup was what they confirmed the day prior which made it easy to know when to expect them.

Questions do not apply to us, as we picked up, unloaded, and returned a ubox, but overall satisfactory
