Have never used a U-box for moving. Its great! I did not have to travel multiple days worrying if someone would break into my truck. I loaded the heavy pieces into the U-box, they picked it up and delivered it to my destination across states. Everything arrived safely. Thanks UHaul!!!
This was such a smooth move. We used a U-Box to have some furniture shipped from Texas to Iowa. The process was almost entirely online, however, they did call to confirm drop offs and pick ups. It was super easy!
Boxes were one day late arriving - not a big issue. Did not need the furniture pads - maybe request those rather than just putting them in the boxes. Janet was AMAZING!!!!! CJ and Adam were awesome in the deliveries of my boxes!
I knew how many containers I needed so didnt ask for recommendations. My overall experience was excellent. Have definitely told others that if they ever need something like the pods to give a call.
Have boxes ready on time, clean u-boxes between customers, answer the phone in a reasonable amount of time.
Everything was great from start to finish. My only wish was if the uboxes were dropped off earlier, but even the given drop off tine was fine.

Thankful for the only option for a studio apartment move. Other companies have pods twice the size. U Haul provides a smaller and cheaper option. Plus, everyone Ive dealt with on the phone and in person has been fantastic!

The Uhaul experience was great! Lots of pads, the boxes havent been shipped yet, so I dont know if everything is safe. The delivery of the boxes was longer than I thought, but all went well when they arrived.

The tighter you can make the delivery windows the better, understanding you guys have logistics constraints. But overall it was a great experience, and beats driving a truck down myself!
Jessie was incredibly helpful throughout the entire experience. He accommodated my swap to a metal container and showed me the updated container ID on his end, so there was no worry about my boxes getting lost. He always had my container out on time and checked in often.

This location was great. I did have an issue accessing my Ubox as I made an appointment for 6pm and was later told no appointments after 5pm so I did not access the Ubox one of the days it was booked. The customer service was great though and the staff were all very kind.

Nothing was broken and therefore packed well by a Uhaul recommended mover. I stored my UBoxes for a long time and now have moved everything out of them. Would recommended Uhaul if you need moving and storage.

I wish I knew about U-haul boxes before. This made my move flexible, comfortable, and less expensive than a moving company.
Only problem we had was the pods got to lakeville on time but delivery to our address in Faribault couldnt be completed until 7 days after they got to lakeville. We just picked up the pods ourselves to speed up the process.

The Ubox is the best moving tool out there!! They drop off the box to your home, you fill it, then they pick it up! I went from Ohio to Arizona and they kept it in storage until I moved into a new home. The app is user friendly I am very very pleased.
What a great option for moving! Self loaded, used a moving service: Two Men and an Angel in Carrollton TX. Went like clockwork! The Plano facility had the Uboxes ready to pick up. The movers were amazing! Very careful and so nice.
Pods arrived late due to lack of drivers but Chasity was amazing and went above and beyond to deliver them late at night before movers arrived made sure we still to our weight tickets.

The Fairbanks, Alaska, crew does a good job. Very accommodating. The U-box system is very good. I would suggest you phase out the tarp-covered boxes in favor of the hard-shell, waterproof boxes. Sometimes the tarps can be in short supply, delaying when a customer can pick up his box.

Coordination of delivery and pickup of two separate boxes was done very well, and the deliverypickup person was very personable and very good at what she did, placing the box in my requested spot and making sure it was level.
Improve your dates for the actual pick up and delivery as stated when making arrangements with the uhaul boxes. Having to rearrange the schedule after set dates makes it hard on custermers.
The Uhaul short distance delivery driver Kate Kathleen, when above and beyond to ensure my containers were delivered and picked up on my need dates.
Overall the experience was very positive. Would be nice if the drop off of the ubox could be scheduled for the early AM. Renting the truck and trailer and bringing the box to the apartment was a good alternative. Delivery was great and no property was damaged.
It was overall a great experience without any hassles.Boxes infact arrived earlier than expected time and was extremely helpful. Anytime I give a call, the customer service is very friendly and helpful. Definitely the best and affordable option I would always consider for a move

I couldnt be happier with the overall U-Haul experience from North Canton. The delivery windows I was given were accurate and easy to plan around for example, 12-3 for pickup was what they confirmed the day prior which made it easy to know when to expect them.

There were actually too many furniture pads, but honestly, U-Boxes made moving across the country so much easier and less stressful.

Waukesha office was wonderful in every way. Everything about Fort Pierce FL was the complete opposite except the driver who delivered the boxes. All other communications with Fort Pierce was horrendous.

Austin Tx was pack up location then shipped to Champaign, IL all went smoothly, communication was clear at both places, loved that in IL my box had tape with my name, even though I knew my box , there were so many boxes, with the tape- spotted right away- great process. Will use again!

The Part of our ubox experience in maine here before it gets shipped has gone GREAT. The women who drive the trucks and forklifts to pick up and deliver the boxes are INCREDIBLE and efficient and friendly. Amazing to watch, they are truely so good at their jobs.

The driver delivering my Ubox almost took out my gutters on the corner of my house. They may need practice backing into driveways. Otherwise the process was overall easy and efficient.
much easier than i expected, I was not willing to believe i could fit everything in 2 uboxes, having a 2 bedroom condo with 30-40 large boxes and furnature. but ended up filling only one and a half.

U-Haul services were very friendly and helpful at both ends of the move. Im glad I was able to use the metal Boxes. I would have been very concerned if I had the soft-sided ones. Especially since they sat for several months at the receiving end. Both units were dry and clean. I was very relieved.

Everything went great except the pickup of the pods dont get scheduled like I was told. However it was fixed and I was not charged additional so all good. This was very easy and will recommend.
My box hasnt made it to the destination yet at this point I dont know if everything will arrive safely but I wanted to call out Martin for doing a great job with pickup. I had to delay shipment a couple of times and he rolled with the punches. First class employee.

The U-box service was simple and convenient. I was moving mostly tools and business inventory; while the size and weight limits of the U-Boxes at times was a bit restrictive: the overall cost savings and flexibility in scheduling, vastly outweighed any inconvenience.

The u box was originally put in the wrong location in the apartment complex and when I called to see if it could be moved to the correct spot the staff was very nice. They had the box moved within an hour and a half. Thank you all for your great service, you are appreciated!

This was one of the most smoothest state to state move thanks to U-Haul. Everything was timely and my U-Box arrived earlier than expected which was helpful to get a jumpstart with unpacking. Nothing arrived broken which was a shock. I will absolutely use this service again for future moves!

Ive used these U-Boxes on a couple of different occasions. I have never had any problems with going this route. I used them to move to and from Alaska. Even though the boxes are a bit on the small side, they always arrived on time safe and sound.
