The u box was originally put in the wrong location in the apartment complex and when I called to see if it could be moved to the correct spot the staff was very nice. They had the box moved within an hour and a half. Thank you all for your great service, you are appreciated!

Ive used these U-Boxes on a couple of different occasions. I have never had any problems with going this route. I used them to move to and from Alaska. Even though the boxes are a bit on the small side, they always arrived on time safe and sound.

I was so pleasantly surprised at how my entire experience was! From the beginning in Colorado all the way here to SW Florida. I had constant updates as to the location of my container and the delivery person - she was wonderful!!

I moved across country from RI to CA and was very impressed with U-Haul and their Ubox option. It was the cheapest option available for the move, everyone was very friendly and helpful, and my container arrived a few days early. I would absolutely use them again.

The experience receiving the U-boxes from the AZ location was much better than the storage in Virginia and shipping experiences, which were bad to awful.

Our whole experience was great. The driver came two hours prior to the estimated time projected to pickup the packed boxes, but it all worked out fine. Winston was phenomenal! Our movers from Rocket Solutions that delivered our boxes and unloaded our boxes in Venice were also over the top awesome!

Top to bottom, excellent customer service and special shout out to Robert at the Oceanside location. Only unresolved issue was that even though the pods were returned much earlier in the month, there was no way to pro-rate the rent even though the pods were available to be re-rented.

We had a fantastic cross-country UBox experience and hired the UBox recommended moving company to deliver and unload our UBox. They were efficient, friendly and inexpensive and they arrived right on time and communicated throughout the process.

The service was great at both Rancho Dominez, CA and Bakersfield, CA , 6201 White Ln. I was able to transfer my ubox to a unit with no problems. The app really helps too.

Ive rented with Jerry and the crew at UHaul of Santa Fe and they are the absolute best. Ive moved around a lot and used probably 5 U Box storage locations across the US. Jerry and his crew were always kind and accomodating when I need to access my goods.

My cubes were order on line and no options for that in survey.Overall it was a good option and great experience. My loaders and in-loaders really made the experience positive. Phone help was exceptional and knowledgeable.

This was a great way to go for our move so much less expensive than hiring movers. They kept our things in storage for about 5 months when we were ready the scheduling delivery were easy quick. If we move again we would definitely go this way. I recommend this 100.

The move was very smooth with UHaul on board. Even with our boxes placed in a storage for 5 months, all arrived intact and dry and with not one item cracked or broken. We will definitely pass on this information to any of our friends contemplating a move.

It was excellent. We will be using you again in a short time. I did have a tiny issue. One of the containers reeked of smoke. We aired it out and placed baking soda boxes in to help. The smell did permeate the boxes. It also got into the furniture pads. Again we used baking soda boxes and it helped.

We did have one small delay because of two boxes loaded with the latches blocked and unable to open, but Reggie and Russ did an amazing job of helping us to get it sorted and waived the fees for us having the Boxes for three extra days. We would happily recommend the team at the Butte, MT location.

I used movers from MovingHelp.com to pick up the U-Box, bring it, load it and take it to storage at another UHaul location. As far as I am aware, the pickup at Kedzie location by the movers went smoothly. Thank you, Kedzie team, for giving me requested metal U-Box as requested! That was awesome!

I have used ubox containers for my last two movesfrom Boston to HoustonHouston to Boston and I would not go with any other moving services! Reasonable priced and flexible.

The Ubox pods are small but still great value for the price. Moving cross country is hard but they made it a bit easier.

The Sierra Vista people that delivered and removed the U-boxes were excellent. Have never been to the Sierra Vista location.

Staff was great in both Paducah and Moline. Very helpful in answering questions and adjusting to needed changes in service. Our delivery delay was caused by a severe snowstorm and very understandable. Found it difficult to get questions answered by online service and relied on staff instead.

U haul boxes worked out well for our long distance move-- Boxes showed up on time -- and where picked up on time. Plenty of moving blankets to keep your furniture and fragile items safe. Would definitely use again if I have the need.

Had trouble getting U-Box due to weather, but everything went smoothly from that point on.

This was all done on the internet, but when we did call the provided number to change the date of delivery, everything went well. They also responded to pick up the pod same day it was emptied so we could use our garage.

I will say without a doubt that the U-Haul container was the most seamless part of my big move across the country. It arrived way sooner than expected and all items were fine. I wish there was a better way to be able to track the container while its on its journey.

Everything went smoothly. Based on what I was moving, I knew I only wanted one container so I didnt need a recommendation of how many to get. Ill recommend the Ubox to friends and family. It worked great for my needs.

Everything was great. From the first phone call to the delivery out of state, we were kept informed along the way. Great phone follow up while we kept the container for a few months and pick up was quick and efficient. It is the only way to send items across the country!

Im not sure why my pods ended up in Princeton when my previous items were in Plano. This added several days to the delivery of my pods at my new home. Kayla, in Plano, was one of the few people who helped me figure out what was going on.

Overall, grade A experience! We received the new metal framed pods, and they are so much sturdier than the old-style pods. The large number of pads included were very helpful. However, one of the new pods did have a roof leak in the top corner, opposite side from the door hinge.

Misti, the driver in Florida was the most friendly and helpful. She arranged a great deal on two more uboxes and suggested four more. Wish we had taken the last two that she suggested.

My third time using uboxes Each time their dates of delivery were not correct. When the boxes leave the location loaded, there should not have to be 14 days for them to be delivered to the client. Otherwise everything was Great!

There were plenty of blanks...I actually had to put some in my car because the pod was filled completely. They were very accommodating with my schedule and when I needed the pod delivered.

Extremely happy with our experience with the U-haul containers. Only issue was that one containers latch was not working properly and took a little effort to get the unit secured with a lock.
