Excellent service! Yall do need to advertise more for the UBoxes. I was unaware of them until a family member suggested UBoxes. Such a better option than PODS. And way easier to use

We had a good experience at all stages with UBox rental.

Our UBoxes were delivered so I do not have a rating for the location. However, everyone was very helpful here in Indiana and in Washington. Everything arrived without issue and exactly when we were told. I would recommend UHaul Uboxes to anyone!

The driver delivering my Ubox almost took out my gutters on the corner of my house. They may need practice backing into driveways. Otherwise the process was overall easy and efficient.

much easier than i expected, I was not willing to believe i could fit everything in 2 uboxes, having a 2 bedroom condo with 30-40 large boxes and furnature. but ended up filling only one and a half.

We have used 11 boxes for our move and each arrived on time and with no issues.

U-Haul services were very friendly and helpful at both ends of the move. Im glad I was able to use the metal Boxes. I would have been very concerned if I had the soft-sided ones. Especially since they sat for several months at the receiving end. Both units were dry and clean. I was very relieved.

Overall a great experience, a little bit of difficulty scheduling at one point, but in the end everything worked out very well! There was some small damage in transit but I think more due to my packing than a rough ride.

Advise UBox users to have their own padlock. All went well, no other suggestions.

Your instructions need to include a provision for 24-Hour notice of pickup of U-Box after delivery to the destination location. The staff and manager at the Des Moines location were great.

Fantastic driver.Jasmine picked up the u boxes on time and was extremely precise and fast in the forklift loading.She was clearly very confident and competent.I appreciated her care around my vehicle and caution in not damaging the walkways or driveway.

The door needa replacing on my box

Everything went great except the pickup of the pods dont get scheduled like I was told. However it was fixed and I was not charged additional so all good. This was very easy and will recommend.

My box hasnt made it to the destination yet at this point I dont know if everything will arrive safely but I wanted to call out Martin for doing a great job with pickup. I had to delay shipment a couple of times and he rolled with the punches. First class employee.

Repair or replace some of the uboxes

The U-box service was simple and convenient. I was moving mostly tools and business inventory; while the size and weight limits of the U-Boxes at times was a bit restrictive: the overall cost savings and flexibility in scheduling, vastly outweighed any inconvenience.

I love the using your pods. This is my 3rd time needing them. Easy convenient reliable and not expensive. Staff has always been efficient and friendly.

The man that dropped off and picked up the u boxes was friendly and helpful. The manager I spoke to on the phone multiple times was very rude!

Always, I was informed as to what was happening. The people i spoke to were great. The box came when it was scheduled to arrive and was gone the next morning.

The u box was originally put in the wrong location in the apartment complex and when I called to see if it could be moved to the correct spot the staff was very nice. They had the box moved within an hour and a half. Thank you all for your great service, you are appreciated!

Ive used these U-Boxes on a couple of different occasions. I have never had any problems with going this route. I used them to move to and from Alaska. Even though the boxes are a bit on the small side, they always arrived on time safe and sound.

I was so pleasantly surprised at how my entire experience was! From the beginning in Colorado all the way here to SW Florida. I had constant updates as to the location of my container and the delivery person - she was wonderful!!

I moved across country from RI to CA and was very impressed with U-Haul and their Ubox option. It was the cheapest option available for the move, everyone was very friendly and helpful, and my container arrived a few days early. I would absolutely use them again.

The experience receiving the U-boxes from the AZ location was much better than the storage in Virginia and shipping experiences, which were bad to awful.

Our whole experience was great. The driver came two hours prior to the estimated time projected to pickup the packed boxes, but it all worked out fine. Winston was phenomenal! Our movers from Rocket Solutions that delivered our boxes and unloaded our boxes in Venice were also over the top awesome!

Top to bottom, excellent customer service and special shout out to Robert at the Oceanside location. Only unresolved issue was that even though the pods were returned much earlier in the month, there was no way to pro-rate the rent even though the pods were available to be re-rented.

We had a fantastic cross-country UBox experience and hired the UBox recommended moving company to deliver and unload our UBox. They were efficient, friendly and inexpensive and they arrived right on time and communicated throughout the process.

The service was great at both Rancho Dominez, CA and Bakersfield, CA , 6201 White Ln. I was able to transfer my ubox to a unit with no problems. The app really helps too.

Ive rented with Jerry and the crew at UHaul of Santa Fe and they are the absolute best. Ive moved around a lot and used probably 5 U Box storage locations across the US. Jerry and his crew were always kind and accomodating when I need to access my goods.

My cubes were order on line and no options for that in survey.Overall it was a good option and great experience. My loaders and in-loaders really made the experience positive. Phone help was exceptional and knowledgeable.

This was a great way to go for our move so much less expensive than hiring movers. They kept our things in storage for about 5 months when we were ready the scheduling delivery were easy quick. If we move again we would definitely go this way. I recommend this 100.

The move was very smooth with UHaul on board. Even with our boxes placed in a storage for 5 months, all arrived intact and dry and with not one item cracked or broken. We will definitely pass on this information to any of our friends contemplating a move.

It was excellent. We will be using you again in a short time. I did have a tiny issue. One of the containers reeked of smoke. We aired it out and placed baking soda boxes in to help. The smell did permeate the boxes. It also got into the furniture pads. Again we used baking soda boxes and it helped.

We did have one small delay because of two boxes loaded with the latches blocked and unable to open, but Reggie and Russ did an amazing job of helping us to get it sorted and waived the fees for us having the Boxes for three extra days. We would happily recommend the team at the Butte, MT location.

I used movers from MovingHelp.com to pick up the U-Box, bring it, load it and take it to storage at another UHaul location. As far as I am aware, the pickup at Kedzie location by the movers went smoothly. Thank you, Kedzie team, for giving me requested metal U-Box as requested! That was awesome!

Usually the lowest cost option is suspect, but the U-Haul UBox delivery was perfect from start to finish. Reps on both ends were great on both ends on confirming everything and following instructions. Well done!

I have used ubox containers for my last two movesfrom Boston to HoustonHouston to Boston and I would not go with any other moving services! Reasonable priced and flexible.

The Ubox pods are small but still great value for the price. Moving cross country is hard but they made it a bit easier.

The Sierra Vista people that delivered and removed the U-boxes were excellent. Have never been to the Sierra Vista location.

We live in the mountains up on a hill they didnt have a truck 4 wheel drive that could deliver the the container to our driveway so we had to park it down the hill and park put it in the vehicles to get it back up to the top of our driveway

I would recommend u-box to anyone that was thinking of moving. I found it to be an easy process. The location in Spencer was extremely helpful as was the people in Sarasota.

Staff was great in both Paducah and Moline. Very helpful in answering questions and adjusting to needed changes in service. Our delivery delay was caused by a severe snowstorm and very understandable. Found it difficult to get questions answered by online service and relied on staff instead.

U haul boxes worked out well for our long distance move-- Boxes showed up on time -- and where picked up on time. Plenty of moving blankets to keep your furniture and fragile items safe. Would definitely use again if I have the need.

Everything was perfect from loading help of the U-Box in Virginia to quick arrival in Georgia. Box ready with a days notice to unload into a U-Haul cargo van. Entire staff was great!

Im not sure if there is temperature control at the facility for my U Boxes, or would that be additional cost? Overall, I am happy, I would recommend U Haul.

Had trouble getting U-Box due to weather, but everything went smoothly from that point on.

This was all done on the internet, but when we did call the provided number to change the date of delivery, everything went well. They also responded to pick up the pod same day it was emptied so we could use our garage.

I will say without a doubt that the U-Haul container was the most seamless part of my big move across the country. It arrived way sooner than expected and all items were fine. I wish there was a better way to be able to track the container while its on its journey.

Im not sure why my pods ended up in Princeton when my previous items were in Plano. This added several days to the delivery of my pods at my new home. Kayla, in Plano, was one of the few people who helped me figure out what was going on.

I appreciated the staffs friendly help and assistance. Many of the neighbors commented on the container box in my driveway and I told them about the very positive experience I had with U-Haul versus a competitor. Keep up the great work!

Overall, grade A experience! We received the new metal framed pods, and they are so much sturdier than the old-style pods. The large number of pads included were very helpful. However, one of the new pods did have a roof leak in the top corner, opposite side from the door hinge.

Misti, the driver in Florida was the most friendly and helpful. She arranged a great deal on two more uboxes and suggested four more. Wish we had taken the last two that she suggested.

My third time using uboxes Each time their dates of delivery were not correct. When the boxes leave the location loaded, there should not have to be 14 days for them to be delivered to the client. Otherwise everything was Great!

The U-BOX cover was placed backwards so I need to drive back to U-Haul with the box. The box was also placed backwards on the trailer, so I cannot unload my things and I do not have access to the contents of my box. This is my 5th box of six.

The local Uhaul store in Cuyahoga Falls were great. The moved the U-box, to storage unit entrance on bitterly cold day so we could unload the contents. Truly appreciated all of the help.

I thought things went pretty smoothly and the only thing that didnt go as planned was that I was short one container; but they gladly brought me another one the day after we realized it! If I were to move again; I would use the U-boxes again! It was more economical then other ways of moving!

I have used U-Haul containers on three separate occasions. They were easy to use and made my move possible. I would use them again.

I had a container shipped from Indiana to Oregon. The costs were reasonable, and the service was fantastic! I dont intend on making another move like that again but if I do, I will use a U-Box again.
