Andrew Saltz Appointed MCP of UHC of South Puget Sound

AUBURN, Wash. (Oct. 23, 2018) — Andrew Saltz displayed a knack for equipment distribution as a U-Haul traffic control manager. Now he will put his knowledge and skills to use as the marketing company president of UHC of South Puget Sound (Co. 702).

Executive Vice President Jeremy Frank and Area District Vice President Kyle Marvin made the announcement.

“As a TCM, you have to be a master at creating and implementing a strategy,” said Saltz, who for the past few years served in that role for UHC of Western Oregon (Co. 704). “The reports are easy to read and have lots of info, but it’s what you do with that info that’s the key. As Company 702 MCP, my immediate plan of attack is to get the traffic team on the same page and work with other MCPs in the area to solve our distribution issues.”

Saltz’s lists of goals in his new position include answering more customer calls at the store level; growing area field manager routes by adding more productive U-Haul dealerships; saying “yes” to more customers; and reenergizing the UHC of South Puget Sound team.

“Andrew has been an exceptional TCM, and 702 needs a lot of work in distribution and equipment balancing,” Marvin added. “Andrew is the perfect MCP for 702 because his greatest strength is the marketing company’s biggest weakness. I anticipate him turning things around to balance the equipment inventory and have a screaming good bottom line!”
