How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe staff was very professional and compassionate, especially the manager A very nice gentleman went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly with my storage very knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. I will definitely be back when I need storage again. People like him make your business profitable to be honest I think that young man needs a raise because people these days can be a little unfriendly, but not him and not the young girls in there either they were very very nice to me and it makes a difference because you never know what people are going through and when people are kind to you, it changes your perspective !!!! a great big thank you to U-Haul and it’s awesome employees at the San Mateo location. I may need you again soon to store some things but in a smaller unit, I wouldn’t use any other company I give you an A+ plus.

I know I went over and was more than willing to pay but he was over the top rude about it started off with attitude when calling me. The location is terrible so hard to pull a truck and trailer there to unload. They offer no assistance with loading or unloading your vehicle. I won’t go back or recommend this location
