I would say at 1st I had a great experience, but towards the end of my experience it was not good, I end up losing my storage, I had very important paperwork in there, instead of the manager contacting me herself she was delivering the messages three my ex husband who I turned on to the U-Haul for him a storage united, do to the manager was a very nice lady, I never gotten the message there for I lose my united, and my ex husband still has his united , I don’t feel like it’s fair because he owed it as well and to be a manager delivering message through another person you don’t know if that person is communicating with one another so how do you know that the message is going to get to that person I feel like you need to be more improvement on that subject as delivering missions through people do not have a contact information or number I mean, that should be the way of you losing your stories, but if you do have contact or a person to have a unit, I feel like that you should reach out to that person yourself out of send a message through someone else maybe it could avoid you losing your Storage. I’m very disappointed in the manager because she has been very overall 100% and she has been a great manager overall I will give her a 10 due to you know she have helped me throughout the time I had the Storage, but I’m very disappointed in the last ending of my Storage due to. I lost very important paperwork that I had inside the storage. I don’t know how I would get past this due to it was very extremely information paperwork and things that I needed that was in the storage. I would really need to speak with a manager that’s over Khadijah because I really believe that due to my past experience that she had some access to my Storage from my understanding her and her brother he has a truck and when people lose the storage unit they go in and they retrieve people items and stating that you lost your storage or your unit so I’m very disappointed in you know me losing and it just hurt me so bad because I had some very important stuff in my Storage my son I had blood cancer and a lot of his important paperwork was in their storage.
