How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was a thousand miles away and could not be at the storage facility for packing out my unit, so my "remote move" from my 10'x15' unit could not have happened without the assistance of Carlos, the U-Haul facility manager. He gave me clear instructions for how to coordinate with the moving company, was responsive to my evety question and concern, and texted me updates with photos on the move day. Very professional and cooperative. The move went smoothly. I highly recommend!

It takes good care of the customers needs and appreciates them. I just wish you would give a discount to nonprofits because we really need a break. Any time we can get one no matter how small it is that would be greatly appreciated or a military break that would be really appreciated especially in this crazy economy that we live in now. .
