KATHARINE M | First Impressions⸻ Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Poor Management at 1111 E Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL 33511 Dear U-Haul Customer Service, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the unprofessional and unacceptable behavior of the manager at your location at 1111 E Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL 33511. During my recent experience at this facility, I encountered extremely poor service and a very negative attitude from the female manager in charge. She was not only unhelpful but also outright rude and unfriendly. Her communication style was aggressive and disrespectful, and she displayed a lack of basic professionalism and customer service skills. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated by the way she treated me. What makes this experience more upsetting is that the other staff members at this location were courteous, helpful, and professional. It is clear that they are doing their best despite the negative environment created by this manager. Her behavior does not reflect the quality and values that I have come to expect from U-Haul. I urge you to look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure that future customers do not have to go through a similar experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Access Code *24621# Move-in Date: 06/27/25. Open Next Steps inside the app. Was the message I received. The code didn’t work. There was no lock and because the code didn’t work the alarm went off.
