Elevator was down for weeks, hours not convenient.

Anthony T | First ImpressionsStaff is beyond excellent. Building is gorgeous, nice and cool inside, and super clean. The pull-up docks make moving im and out super simple. Only negative is that the elevator is relatively small (not even tall), so not everything will fit in if you have something really oversized. Did I mention how great the staff is here? Overall, thos site / staff definitely deserve 5 stars.

Kyle F | Overall ExperienceRat droppings and roaches were in my AC paid storage unit that ate out things, no food was even in the storage!!! This facility used to be top notched, the last 4 years was not good. Would never come back if I needed a storage unit again due to the rodents.

Even though you use the u-haul app. It doesn't matter if you use it right and then you walk in the establishment. Customer Service have no idea what you're talking about. It's just not good communication between the app and actually real human being altogether. Tell me what doesn’t make sense 🤔
