I had lost my key to my storage unit with a U-Haul provided lock. When I reached out to U-Haul about how to access the unit I was told they would cut the lock for me. I was then passed around to 10 different people each unreachable to cut the lock. After 2 days of a wild goose chase I was finally directed to an office where someone would help me. I then arrived at the office and waited for 30 minutes and then was finally informed that U-Haul does not cut locks and legally cannot after being told by many individuals that they would.
Jackson G | Overall ExperienceI wouldn't mind keeping the storage, but the prices rose and i couldn't pay for it. If it wasn't soooo expensive, then i wouldn't have a problem staying. I'm going through a hard time with money and i couldn't afford it since the prices are going up. I wish it was less expensive.

It took them 11 days and now they are telling me I owe another month of rent even though I only used the storage unit for less than the one month I had it. I will not be paying for a service I wasn’t using especially when I gave a weeks notice that I was moved out of the unit.
