The storage space had condensation that caused my items to become moldy. There was trash left for extended periods inside the building. The grounds are poorly maintained. Once, I observed an unhoused woman and her children in her vehicle sound asleep, I’d arrived there within 5/10 minutes of the facility opening. I concluded that staff allowed them to spend the night there… not so bad, since it was winter and cold. Staff was rude to me and my husband… speaking in a disrespectful, condescending manner. I left messages to the manager to express my concern and he never responded. And, I think staff were under the influence at work, smelt like marijuana. I did have a positive experience (communicative, polite, informative, enthusiastic) with the janitor/woman on Friday evening (04.24.26) and Saturday morning while in the process of morning. And a young Hispanic (or may have been biracial) male on Friday provided good service… unfortunately, the concern is that if he remains there long he will soon behave like the others. Worst facility in comparison to my encounter with the staff at the locations off South Blvd and South Tryon in Charlotte and in Durham.

I was never told about this
WILLIE H | First ImpressionsLacking customer service. Messed up my moving reservation to the wrong state. Billed me for another month after I was already out of the storage. I actually paid in full and cleared the storage out three weeks in advance. I called and was told they did not have my information any longer not sure why I was billed another month. I will not be happy if I get billed again. Not very helpful at this location.
