My refund still has not been delivered to me
Kayla L | Online Move InFront desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Had a difficult time with a ratchet on one of my belts and the gentleman at the front desk got me straightened out. Also, would see cleaning person mopping floor on a regular basis.

A simple reminder via email would have prevented the lockout. Otherwise, the service at the Grandview location was excellent.

I’m trying very hard to resolve this and pay to remove it all but keep coming up short. I’m very saddened by this but I understand it’s a business and you gotta do what you gotta do.
