Check in was disastrous. App check in was a failure. In store check in was a failure. Had to be moved in to a new unit once a unit was assigned. Card wouldn’t work, or punching in manually. After a new unit card works but still trying to punch in manually doesn’t work, we get access denied. We chose this location because it’s convenient for my college student. Staff was friendly and apologetic. Helpful as well.

I initially came here due to the prices being better than a different location but was pleasantly surprised at how nice and helpful staff was. The ability to pull in the garage, have a cart right there to load and unload was awesome! I struggle to breathe sometimes and my unit is close enough that I should have no problems at all moving things in or out. Thank you!!!
davida v | First ImpressionsI had the unit for a little over a year I started out with 2 5 x10 units then cleared one out before any dues were to be payed and was still charged for the two storage units when I was only using one I brought this to there attention and was told I still had to pay for the following month. They was ripping me off and knew they was. So a few months later I emptied the other unit out. My girlfriend lost the lock key witch we purchased from them and was told by a gentleman there at the time of purchase that if we lost the key they could just cut it off .I told the girl at the counter this her name was Kaitlyn jones and she became very rude and was trying to argue with me and tried to have me pay a lock Smith $95 to just cut or drill the lock off and told me I couldn't do it myself I said why not? its my property as long as im not hurting yours. So I did it myself like I said its my property.From the time I walked in the door I could here them dropping F bombs and other profanities. The Kaitlyn girl and a little Hispanic looking girl with big holes in her ears they were rude from the time I walked up to the counter. I rented a truck that day to empty out the storage unit when I returned the truck there was a man at the counter that his name tag said owner .I was going to say something to him but at this point I just wanted to get out of there.I think if he had better employees it could be a good place but with the ones there that treat and talk to customers the way they do I don't see where anyone would want to return in the future or recommend them to anyone.
ROBERT B | Overall ExperienceThe cost is constantly going up. Even though I’m not getting any more storage space. I could move out and move back in and that would rectify my issue but it’s too much work. You should receive a discount for being a continued customer. Not increasing rates.
