david g | Overall ExperienceGeneral Manager is wonderful, she is always available and willing to help in any way that she can. She has the best uhaul storage facility in North County. Keeps it clean and and organized. I never have to look for a cart.

LAVETA H | Overall ExperienceThey need to take better care of the equipment. My truck broke down 4 times. It cost me a two day move when it should have been one. Using the app sucks, I kept getting cut off put on hold witch cost time. I lost my help. When I talk to the mechanic he said, the truck Shouldn't have went out. If the supervisor looked at the Ticket they would have not be rented it. Cost 150. Of food cuz I had no refrigerator! It wasn't the staff it was the equipment.

robin W | Overall ExperienceWell it’s was ok up until the day of move out ,,I noticed I had 2 bugs an 1 spider crawling on my unit wall…now each unit at the top is open but gated n so anything can crawl n an out an I don’t like that part ,,now I gotta make sure my furniture don’t have eggs …kinda made me upset
