Michelle P | Overall ExperienceThe staff member that helped me with storage check in was very knowledgeable and helpful. I thought my items could fit inside a 5×10 storage unit and still have space. However, the staff member reccomended a 10×10 unit and my belongings filled the entered unit. Had I got the 5×10 unit, all of my belongings may not have fit in the space without improper stacking. The staff member that helped me acquire the storage unit was exceptional and performed with the knowledge and skill set of a generally manager. Overall, I'm thankful I obtained the 10×10 storage unit! Thank you!
CEDRIC G | First ImpressionsI greatly appreciated that you provided the first month for free. The climate controlled building was clean and bright. The facility was well lit but recently (around July 28-August 2) the motion sensor lights would not turn on while I was walking through the climate controlled area. I never had to use the security system because the doors were always unlocked, even after hours.
DELVIA T | Overall ExperienceTerrible service. The guy at the front was cussing like a sailor, didn’t acknowledge anyone when they came in, and left people waiting for a long time, and just gave terrible service. The place did not feel safe either.

seyene a | First ImpressionsI moved out of U-Haul on the first March I called and spoke with a Dylan, who assured me that whatever money is needed would be reimburse me back for the early move out. Only to find out that it was not done and they have me moving out on another day, this is very unacceptable. I gave Dylan a very good rating, but this in Garland is unacceptable.
