I’ve had a few doubts first day I moved in i was misinformed about hours and we had the cops called in us my mother in-law got trespassed off the property. Then we had to leave our U-Haul half full in the middle if the night with no lock be side they closed down . Then the second time staff locked my self my daughter and another customer inside the property and turned off the automatic doors so we came out the loafing bay door I left it open and called th and told them

I've been renting a storage unit from this place for almost 6 years. When I first started, it was wonderful. The on-site management staff was terrific, very helpful. Over the last few years, it has consistently gone downhill. Out of the blue I received a text message telling me that I had to come in& sign a new lease because I had paid late. Except, I was on auto bill and hadn't paid late. When I questioned it, the next text that they responded was telling me they never said that. LOL that's about the standard you should expect from them at this point. Since I've been pretty unimpressed with them the last 2 years anyway, I decided just to move out. While I was trying to move out, they had the access blocked by a massive truck and refused to move it. The explanation was that they couldn't move it because there was nowhere to put it which was ridiculous because there was plenty of space. When I asked for the manager who had made the decision that they couldn't move the truck, I was informed she had gone to lunch. ( I wish I could attach pics of the massive truck blocking access and the wide open parking lot that they claim didn't allow them to move it for me to load my stuff.) Then, the access doors locked on me and I was trapped inside with no way out of the building. I had to bang on the door to the office to finally get somebody to come deal with it. When I first moved in there, they had access clickers you could use to be able to come and go while you were on site that you returned before you left. Now they tell you to jam a broomstick up into the door frame to open and close the door, they won't even come lock the door open for you without complaining about it. ( I refuse to do that and it was not why the door broke. I hadn't done anything to it.) Also, based on the mouse nests that were coming out of the drywall when I moved my stuff out, I suspect a pretty serious rodent problem. They didn't come from my stuff... Overall, there are better options out there and I would not recommend this site until they have done a serious overhaul of their customer service.
