Overall everything was great. The o ly thing i was disappointed in was that you do not pro rate early move out of a unit. Which means you double dip. If I paid for the whole month but did not need it for the whole month I get nothing back. That is just strange. So you can than turn around and rent it out again and get more money on top of what I paid. That I believe is again the law. I will be checking into such thing with the BBB.

Steven B | First ImpressionsThe staff member who assigned my storage unit was very friendly, helpful and kind. The actual unit was up a steep, wooden staircase that didn't have anti-slip treads. I fell down the staircase and injured myself. There is no elevator to the second story, so the stairs are the only way up or down. Unless you are storing a bunch of light items, the second story is nearly impossible to use. I would not recommend.

Lastly, because there were no outdoor units available, he checked at the superior branch for any available units for us. He went the extra step in customer service for us, and we are appreciative.
