Don P | Online Move InAdvertising two units as one unit is very confusing and materially different than a single unit. The listing did not make it clear that the unit was split, and this made storage of some things much more difficult or impossible. Also when I notified the front desk, not accommodations were made available, not even an offer to upgrade to a larger unit. This was extremely frustrating and feels like very shady business practice. More clear advertising could have prevented this problem easily.

Gregory B | Overall Experienceregarding the new rental: The lock provided was used and had a piece of electrical tape attached along the bottom. The storage unit is too dark to be able to work inside. I'll have to get lanterns to see well enough to load the shelves properly.
SCOTT W | Overall ExperienceThe whole process was effecient. I walked in, processed through the paper work. They asked also for a secondary contact, I gave them my boss's contact information. The process of finding my unit was easy, there are maps of the storage layout inside the storange access area. I did set of the motion sensor alarm, did not realize my access card is neccessary for turning that off in the section where my unit is. That was turned off with no fuss, and there was no further issue. All in all, I'm pretty satisfied with the service.
Megan B | First ImpressionsPersonnel helped back the truck to the loading dock. My poor rating is because of a lady by the name of Andrea who lied to me was rude and not helpful. I had reserved a 10x10x13 unit online and reserved it and then was given two separate units and told they were next to each other which they weren't. They were located on the third floor and on opposite ends not next to each other and it was difficult to unload my things and place them properly and in a timely manner. I would have left if my things weren't already unloaded and that was the facility that I was returning my truck to. I asked the Personnel for the corporate number and I am going to call and complain.
Sheila K | First ImpressionsThe signage outside isn’t very clear as to which door to be using. Myself along with another customer both could not get in as we were at the after hours door. While I noticed the sign hours later, it is very small and does not stand out. The staff is very nice and helpful when we needed assistance trying to get in as well as when we had issues with the lock on our unit.

RUBY G | First ImpressionsYou got my units in someone elses name when I first got there. You continued to charge me for 2 units when I had only one. I told you to sell it and you kept charging me for the two units for anot5 months after. Looking forward to suing you and would NEVER recommend you to anyone
