I was fortunate to be among the very first to rent units in this U-Haul facility, and at one point had three units at once, but the one I kept the longest was unit 1506, just a couple of units from the front entry. Things that made my experience so great was the HVAC system kept it cool in summer and warm when freezing out. The in-house cleaning crew keeps the entire building immaculate and a very special shout-out to Manager Jessie who is gifted in Public Relations and Customer Service. I've personally witnessed how adroitly he has dealt with difficult Customers who were totally out of line or unreasonable. He's a great asset to your Company. I and my Family will only rent from U-Haul in the future!
david h | Overall ExperienceAs units are empty, either rip up the tiles (half of the tiles in my unit were missing) or replace the broken/missing tiles. Half of the bathrooms were locked and unoccupied during the last few visits. One was tagged “Out of order,” but the others weren’t.
Christopher T | Overall ExperienceVery Old KMart building Converted into UHaul Storage Facility. Secure/Security, No. Homeless people in/out at will, sometimes staying for days, just as i did. No armed/unarmed security at all. Units broken into. Well lit, yes. Last 2 years roaches, water bugs, lizards, black crickets, etc., exterminator fired or let go. Original flooring from KMart not replaced/new tiles where needed were put down. Some floors in many units may still be uneven. "Would not ever return to, No Exceptios".Absolutely not refer anyone to this facility nor any other in Lancaster/Palmdale

Also, the restroom facilities were not maintained in the storage area.And it smelled horrific on the day.we moved out. The staff were always helpful and kind and polite and\nOverall, I'm very happy with you hall.Although I have moved my property into a larger unit. I think it would be good if you all west had larger units available or I would not have had to move everything.
