I rented a storage and it was the worst experience ever. The staff were rude and not helpful at all. The location that I rented my storage was unprofessional.

Soraya B | First ImpressionsIt my only now complaint it wasn't as warm and cozy as I remember. It the heat was not warm .The building was significantly cooler than what I had remembered. But it mostly seems the same place. However Last when I had a storage unit I remember some really extremely rude workers and the memory of their rudeness may of prevented me from getting a storage again and but when I showed up to get a storage the worker was friendly and courteous and extremely nice and explained to me that there are a lot of new workers and that many old workers don't work there anymore. All I know is the worker who helped and assisted me to get my storage unit was somehow very business like but also very well mannered and somehow very courteous and somehow very friendly and so I appreciate that they work there and I appreciate them helping and or assisting me so I could get my storage unit.
