Martin F | Overall ExperienceI was on the split level in the climate control area and had a small set of steps to take stuff up to my unit. I would recommend some kind of ramp to move large items up the stair wells. So we could use the carts and push the items up the stairs.

The Unit themselves are clean and come in a variety of sizes to fit the differering needs of customers. I would recommend U-Haul above all other storage units in the area.

I've walked in twice with bank statements and yet here I am again with a late fee. Working in contract law, I find this not only inconvenient but fiscally problematic. I was told by a Uhaul rep to, "just do auto pay." Um if you don't have record of two payments and expect me to allow your system to automatically withdrawal funds from my account, I want the drug you are on.
