I live out in Box elder, next time I would like to pick up a vehicle closer to that location. Other than that everything went perfect. The lady that helped me was very kind.

Came out and greeted me. Staff were very polite and pointed out an issue with the equipment I was not aware of. While this was not my fault, it was good to know they were on top of it and fixed it immediately.

The trailer we used had a Bent axle and was very difficult to control over 55mph. It was dangerous and we towed it for 1600 miles. It should not be on the road. A concession to us for putting up with it would be appreciated

make the website easier to use so that people don't make mistakes and end up getting stupid charges on their credit cards

Try to actually have 4×4 large trucks since we do live in South Dakota. I understand the fleet is determined by some corporate members who probably have no use for 4x4 but here in South Dakota it is necessary sometimes. But other then that keep up the excellent work.

The gentleman who got the truck ready for me was excellent! Very knowledgeable and nice. The only issue was the long wait to get the truck. He had to actually check when his phone buzzed to see if that was another employee who was supposed to be there but hadn't shown up. They were definitely under staffed for the busy morning rush of people trying to get their trucks.

The trailer has missing screws so some of my belongings got soaking wet as we drove through a storm.

Trucks should be full before we pick them up. Hard to get back to the same level when it's 2/3 full and don't like giving up free gas.

Trailer had a tail light out. They told me the day before they did not have my truck even though they had some in the lot. Had to go all the way to spearfish an hr away. I was compensated with a bigger truck, extra miles. The worker said I could drop off at any location. That was not the case had to go to the specified location where I was told I had to fill up the truck before returning. And was told I would be charged a service fee and 5$ a gallon if I left it. U-Haul get your shit together. Make sure everyone is trained with your rules and procedures.

The inside of the front windshield was so dirty that I had to stop to clean it, and the right front tire strap was not installed properly when I left in SD. It came off during my trip and caused delays in my travel to get it fixed.

I would highly recommend the local U-Haul on deadwood Avenue I would not recommend at all the call center and all the crap they put you through canceled reservations postpone reservations moving your reservation local is the way to stay

ALL staff we encountered at this location were very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and every one of them went above and beyond to assist us!! VERY, VERY SATISFIED!! :) One disappoinment: In the truck we rented, the radio did NOT work, but we did not learn of this until we were loaded and on the road. It makes for a VERY long 400+ mile drive with no radio or music! :(

As a company that has a corporate account, it was very frustrating to have to go through the check out process once again. I preregistered and the system did not ask for my drivers license. Once I got to the store the attendant and software had a difficult time getting me checked in. He took multiple photos of my drivers license and tried to upload it. It took longer then 15 minuets. Very frustrating.

Rented a trailer to haul some lockers. Was told the cleaning policy. Noticed snow in the trailer, didnt think anything about it when I left. Then had to spend 30 minutes cleaning out the trailer, as it had a layer of snow, leaves, branches, and debri from the last user. There was some chunks of metal, lots of leaves, welding rods, and grungy dirt. Just think if I am expected to return it clean, it should be clean when I take it out. This location is incredibly nice, clean, and well run, so that surprised me. Will still go there, just thought you should know. Thanks. Tye Roy

The gentleman that helped me was very friendly. I noticed a low tire and mentioned it to him and he promptly checked the air and put air in.
