Well I've had my stuff in storage here for years. I recently had a new bank card sent to me so obviously automatic payments will be interrupted. I got an email letting me know that the payment didn't go thru with my old card. So I replied to him with my new expiration date and number on the back of the card for them to fix the situation. I ended up getting another email with a website to update my information. No personal message just a link to update. So I updated it payment came out as it always does. Now again this month got another email saying my information was incorrect. So I sent an email back saying now I'll come in a have to take time out of my day to go deal with this situation so I doesn't happen again. Maybe if the email responses were a little more personal to let me know either he can't insert my card info might have been nice but no. So I guess if youre stuff is in storage and you get a new card from the bank. Go in to give them your information itll save the Hassel of you having to recieve another email because their system either is working properly or it's the operator it's 1 of the 2. However when I went it to update my info it was updated in the system but it obviously wasn't registering the updated info. So makes me believe it's their system. You'd think in this day and age someone cpuld be a little more personal with email responses so I wouldn't have to waste my time going there and trying to fix something that should've been fixed from my update of my card mind you the younger fella at the front desk was polite
