I didn't like how my drop off location got changed when I went to go drop off at location that was assigned when arriving they sent us to another making me late for another appointment I had..I feel like that could have been more organized also found the customer service at first location not very good ...but the second location the lady was very friendly and customer service was great!

Truck was somewhat clean. Had to abandon mobile check in and go inside since the chat rep could not approve my expired drivers license - which is still valid in Ontario during COVID-19 - felt like that should not have been a roadblock. Staff inside were pleasant as usual but tacked on the insurance charge of $15 despite declining it at time of booking and during mobile check in. Rep (manager) inside argued that the charge is applied “automatically” despite declining it twice. I have had an issue every time I've rented from uhaul so it was not a big shock, but still frustrating.

No issues. The agent on this end knew I was coming and was fantastic in assuring us all was in order. It was about as seemless as it could get. Person checking in the truck was fast and efficient and went the extra mile to ensure there were no unnecessary charges. Moving is always stressful. This was about as good as it can get.
