Noone helped me when I got there and I had to ask for help while 3 employees sat in the store area of the facility. The cleaning lady didn't even try and help me. Needless to say I figured it out and everything after that was great.

They gave me the bigger unit, first month free, is there any way to roll my $122 for the smaller units over to my first Aug payment? Otherwise I paid $122 for just 2 days?
