Original storage place i was given for the first time was full of trash and had to redo everything from the beginning to another storage closer and in better spot. Not sure why they didn’t give me that one from the beginning but they made me go around circles!

Robert R | Overall ExperienceI moved out of this unit on Feb 2. I checked out with the Uhaul app. I received an email acknowledging the move out on that date. Then on March 25, I received an email that I was in default and my items are to be sold. I emailed the facility manager Steven Rowden, but I haven't heard back. Again, I've moved out and I have no items left in the facility. Based on this alone, I would not recommend this facility. I'm hoping that we can still resolve the issue.
