Communication between customer service the actual pick up centers and the indoor storage along with the online application and website need to be synchronized there is a lot wrong info like hours of operation and precisely what deems a one way reservation for the qualifying one month storage because i was told i was getting a 10 ft truck which would have qualified me instead i have a 15 ft and now i have to pay for the storage when inline it stated i was covered. Other than that it was one of the best businesses ive dealt with. 1 to 10 scale id say 8.5. thanks
