There was water damage to my property from a leaking roof. I disposed some of my property as they had mold growing.

Everything was Secure, Well maintained and they took very good care of us and the record keeping was well above outstanding. I could not have had a more pleasant working relationship with an old fashioned customer first experience than here.
Gary C | Overall ExperienceLast time I used the storage unit, the person next to me was storing unauthorized liquid (looked like motor oil) it seeped through onto my things. They had the insurance and I didn't, I think their insurance should have paid for my damaged goods. I am hoping it'll only be for 1 week. Used this place only because of convenience and time constraints, otherwise would have gone elsewhere because of past experience

MARY C | Overall ExperienceFast, friendly, convenient and extremely helpful. The only thing that I would change is having 24-hour access to the automatic doors at the storage unit. And I would also suggest that the sales associate be able to give you an accurate pricing which was not available to me when I rented the unit. I got a free storage unit but sales associate didn't know how much the difference was from 24-hour access to only being able to get in while someone was there. I would recommend and you U Haul again. I rented a U-Haul truck from Clarksville Tennessee facility and my rental experience from there was outstanding I couldn't have asked for more friendly sales associate the facility was impeccable and I would highly highly recommend anybody to rent from that facility
