My whole experience with U-Haul was not even worth a 1 star rating the management and staff are very poor I had to call police on several occasions because of the poor behavior exuded by staff and other people I was assaulted by someone that lives in a unit at the U-Haul facility a homeless drunk woman who had been at the unit all day just sitting in there and eating this was on my move out day I was treated like I was the culprit to what transpired and was threatened with police after I was assaulted mind you and she never told the lady to leave exit property continued to let lady just loiter inside the facility whom was not moving in or out just chilling in the facility I told staff to call manager which they did not staff kept threatening me when I never did anything wrong I ended up calling the manager whom did not ever answer or return my call and ended up having to call police there are many homeless individuals whom they are letting live inside the units whom they know are there but refuse to do anything when it’s brought up by other people they make it seem like they are completely unaware of it and continue to let him happen these people are washing up in the bathrooms leaving them disgusting the staff including manager smoke inside the facility while working this overall experience was terrible and I do not recommend to anyone

I was told there are three sizes of units, 10x5, 10x10 and 10x20 only to learn at check-in that there are no 10x20 units. I was also not told of the requirements for rental, such as having a second person with contact information on file. Another hurdle to jump at check-in.
