After explaining me need and items that I need to store … they ended up giving me a door entry not a garage door entry I needed! Although, they quickly made the change and provided me what I needed…. They accidentally cut off my lock for they thought I was a different person’s storage. They notified me and put another lock in and asked me to go to the office to pick the key up….

ABRAHAM H | Overall ExperienceThe unit had a post in the middle of the space. I could not use it so I moved elsewhere in a day. Staff was helpful in returning my charge but your dispatch should know not to recommend storage there. The isles are very narrow, had to manipulate a 20’ truck back and forth to make each isles corner. Clearly why the posts on corners of beds are heavily damaged. Poor lighting, and doors extremely damaged. This place is a tear down not worthy of remodel.
