They told me they would check my uhaul in, but I had to call the next day to get it checked in since it had still not been done.

I dropped off after hours, so I wasn't able to interact with any staff at this location. The drop-off area was crowded, I had to move some other trailers in order to make room for my drop-off. Not their fault... super-busy college back-to-school week in Bloomington! I'm glad to have had a convenient location to drop off my rental trailer.
