Waited 20 min past reservation time for the person who did the uhaul stuff to get back from a part run. The truck inside the back wasn’t the cleanest. The reserved dolly was not available

Easy pick up and return from a nice worker at the tire shop. Truck was 99% clean minus some mud/dirt on the floor of the cab but that’s nbd. It was a newer truck too so it performed well.
NICHOLAS CCould have been a little cleaner inside the cab, and sweep out n the back.

DONALD HWorker wasn’t helpful. Dropped off truck in a Sunday but the app wouldn’t work for me to check in the truck. I was then charged for an extra day due to this issue. I called U-Haul on Sunday when dropping off the truck and they said they will put a note in account that the truck was there.
