The uhaul broke and made our day extra long. Needed to call roadside and looking for a refund, I called and turned in the info from roadside but uhaul has called me back.
Jennifer RI was there after hours, so I didn’t end up interacting with anyone. I did pass about a dozen other U-Haul locations that was closer to where I was unloading my stuff and it wouldn’t let me drop any of those places so I had to go way way out of my way to hit this specific location, which was frustrating

JOSEPH kUpon arrival my truck was not available...uhaul had switched my location without notification...within an hour Kush had a truck delivered to me as I am a OTR truck driver and caught an Uber to his location...3 thumbs up to Kush for being accommodating and making it happen amd making up for uhauls mistake...
