We were there over an hour before we could hook up. Store was busy and the employee was new. So he was still learning. He treated us great. It was the system that was messed up

More costly than expected. Too pricey for an under 50 miles trip

I did pass about a dozen other U-Haul locations that was closer to where I was unloading my stuff and it wouldn’t let me drop any of those places so I had to go way way out of my way to hit this specific location, which was frustrating
